LAKELAND SKC MAY 13 Judge(s): MRS N V EVANS Lakeland Terriers JD 1 Bradley’s Kingfisher van Foliny Home, good head & ears, dark eye, lovely neck into good shoulders, level topline, short & compact, good tailset & rear angulation, liked his size, moved well. LD 1 Kenyon’s Wyndam Warrior, good type with good head proportions & neat ears, dark pigmentation, clean shoulders, well ribbed, short & compact, good tailset & level topline, presented well & moved well; 2 Graham’s Highmoor Unchanged Melody at Stanstead, quite a handful & difficult to assess his movement. Good head, straight front with good shoulders & neck, level topline with good tailset. Needs more lead work & training. Nice type. OD 1 Davani’s Ch Kebulak Man After Midnight, stylish dog with great presence, which cannot be ignored, lovely quality head, good ears used to advantage, long strong neck into good shoulders, well ribbed & short coupled, level topline with tail on top & plenty behind the tail, in tiptop condition, moved well each way & with great style. CC & BOB; 2 McCallum’s Glentops Back In Time, smaller dog but very good type with good overall balance. Would have liked better shoulder placement. Good level topline with tail on top, good rearquarters, moved & showed well. RCC. JB (0). LB 1 Whitehead & Connell’s Stanstead Dita Van Teese, very nice type with good quality head & really nice ears giving a good expression, strong neck of good length, good shoulder placement, good spring of rib & short coupled, level topline with tail on top & a good shelve behind, straight front & well muscled quarters, good angulation, moved & showed very well, excellent condition & presentation. CC; 2 Anderson’s Corrievackie Opel; 3 Rougvie’s Eskwyre Hustle N Bustle to Turflindie. OB 1 Westwood’s Mieth’s Tenny, red bitch, lovely type, good head & expression, lovely front, spring of rib, level topline with strong quarters, great coat & presentation, good mover fore & aft. RCC; 2 Cartwright’s Nujax Playin To Win, nice type, short level back, tail on top. Not in the best of jackets. Moved OK. NORINA EVANS |
