KERRY BLUE KENNEL CLUB 22 Judge: Mr Martin Phillips KERRY BLUE JUDGE WELSH KC 22 PD 1(0) 1. Bagworth/Connor’s Oban Yuppi at Faragoma. 11 month old male, up to size, good outline and balance, excellent bone, pleasing head, ok in all departments with a good side gait, moved with purpose. 1. Davani/Potts’ Dandy Black & Blue Niko at Kebulak (IMP) Jun Ch. Top quality male, lots to like about him, balanced from top to tail, good proportions of skull, good terrier eye and strength of muzzle, neat ears, good clean front assembly, well bodied with short firm loin, tail on top, moved out well back and forth with no effort covering the ground, correct coat texture, in tip top form, pleased to award him the CC and BOB. 1. Somers’ Catachgorm Checkmate by Dogazza ( A.I ). Nice class of males of top quality, 1st was a 2 year old of excellent shape and balance, good clean skull with correct neat ears, good eye, pleasing front and neck with good depth of chest, strong body with good firm top-line, strong quarters with good short hocks, good side gait, lost out on CC to the winner on the movement from behind. RCC 2. Soltan’s Int Ch Kerrydom Court Perdor. 5 year old male in tip top form for age, excellent coat, good make and shape, again lovely head and neat ears, good front assembly and good strength behind with a firm top-line, giving a good picture on the side gait going round the ring, would just like a bit more strength all round. 1. Jones’ Arkama Harmony Miss D’ Arcy. 9 year old, lovely quality bitch with good breed type, pleasing head with good plains, nice eye, ok in neck and shoulder, good depth of chest with a good spring of rib, very good on the move with good colour and coat texture. 1. Davani/Potts’ Kebulak Killer Queen. 6 month old, very immature at this age but quality stands out, excellent type, lovely shape stacked, gives a good picture on the move, covering the ground, good strength of quarters, tail bang on top, one with a promising future. BPIB, pleased to see she got puppy group 2. Baxter’s Croftsblu The Nipper. Again, just 6 months old, lots of promise , with good outline and type, pleasing head and eye, neat ears, moved out well. 1. O’Rourke’s Kebulak Blueberry Muffin. Quality bitch who oozes type, good shape, lovely head and eye, correct neck and front, body correct, strong firm loin with short coupling, plenty behind the tail, moved out well, liked her a lot. PGB 1(0) 1. Bagworth/Connor’s Faragoma Perla Twinkle Toes. 15 month old, nice quality bitch, maturing nicely for her age, very pleasing head and expression, good layback, strong in body with good coupling, tail on top, in good hard muscled condition, covered the ground on the move with good side gait. 1. Jones’ Joalyn Sweet Melody. Liked this bitch, a lot about her that carries her well, pleasing head with good expression, good front with a good deep chest, good layback with good spring of rib, short strong loin, tail good, excellent coat, moved with drive, good colour. 1. Pinfold’s Ch Cyres Alexandra. Loved this girl from head to tail, so pleasing to put your hands on, does not disappoint in any way, correct skull with good ears, excellent expression, good neck and shoulder, good clean front, strong top-line, good muscle behind, good picture moving, in excellent form, lost out for BOB, I thought was carrying a bit extra weight at this time, handled to perfection as always. 2. O’Rourke’s Kebulak Desire on Fire. Strong contestant for the CC today, all the essentials you would want, excellent type, correct outline and balance, good for bone, in tip top form, moved out well once settled. RCC |
