Kerry Blue Terriers

It is some 40 years since I had my first Kerry. There have been many changes in the dogs since then some to the good & some not so good. I would have liked a larger ring for dogs to express themselves more freely. I feel more care is needed in cleaning teeth as I found some were very dirty.

1 Wilkinson’s: Granemore Padraig at Cranmoss, very balanced young dog, nice dark eye, good head, level topline,
nice silky coat with colour, very alert, moved well, one to watch in the future.

1 Gibson’s: Cushlagorm Return Of Prince at Glendonly, nice dog, strong head with good reach of neck,
good coat & colour, very strong dog to handle.

LD (1)

1 Neen’s: Newent Orpheus, compact dog with well set ears & correct bite, nice spring of rib, good coat & colour,
moved well. RBD.

OD (2)

1 Netherwood & Main’s: Nedavir Notorious, caught my eye on entering the ring, lovely long head, nice dark oval shaped eye, correct bite, good length of neck & strong shoulder, colour now showing, moved with great style,
pulled out to the last six in the group. BOB;

2 Dale & Cooper’s: Sw/Dan Ch Rollicks Fool For Fame, nice dog, good head, nice coat & colour, correct bite, moved well.

1 Davani's: Kebulak Wheels On Fire, very nice young bitch, starting to show colour at 7 months, nice head shape & eye, moved well. RBB.

1 Roxburgh’s: Cranmoss Amethest, nice size, good head, dark eye, good earset & correct bite,
colour now beginning to show, moved soundly;

2 Gibson’s: Glendonly Magic Michaela, balanced bitch, nice coat & colour. Did not settle in ring.

1 C Amethest.

1 Davani’s: Ch Naughty But Nice at Kopykats, very nice feminine bitch, good head, nice dark eye, nice earset, correct bite, good angulation, good tailset, presented & handled well, like the variation of colour on her legs. BB;

2 Davies’: Perrisblu Kennislains Chelsey, nice balanced bitch, good head & expression, nice earset, well bodied, good coat & colour. Sorry to hear she went lame & could not compete for RBB when asked. Hope all is well now.
