KERRY BLUE JUDGE BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 24

PD (2,1)

1 Bagworth & Connor, Brocairegorm Clover Blue Moon. 8 months of age. Head of good size and proportion, dark gums and correct bite, top line level and tailset good. A real raw baby but went well and was not phased by the noisy building, needs to fill out to complete the picture. BPIB.

OD (2)

1 Somers, Ch Catachgorm Checkmate by Dogazza. 4 year old male of good size, coat & colour. Long lean head with good bite and dark gums. Lovey reach of neck, straight front level topline held on the move, tail bang on top with plenty of “Kerry attitude” Moved with drive. CC.

2 Smith, Ch Sheep Creek Outlander Jamie. 3yr old male, slightly stronger in head than 1, straight front, dark blue correct coat, level topline & well set tail, not as angulated as 1. RCC.

SBB (1)

1 Bolton, Rathasker In Chrysocolla. 10 mth old, very much still a baby. Needs to settle on the move but good mouth, with dark pigment, level topline on the stack but looses this on the move as was unsettled and distracted, coat acceptable for age but for me could do with more off the shoulders as it made her look a little heavy in front.

PB (1)

1 Rathasker In Chrysocolla. See previous.

JB (2)

1 Clarke-O’Neill, Lemracdream Shakira. 15 mnt old, still very dark but good quality coat, feminine head of good proportions, well set ears, good bite, straight front, ample reach of neck, level topline with tail on top, well angulated and moved with drive.

2 Jones, Bradley & Bradley, Joalyn Parsley Moon. 13 mth old of really good coat and colour for age, feminine head, keen expression, level topline, tail on top, well angulated with plenty behind, needs to settle and was not so confident in this hall as it was very noisy which unsettled a lot of young dogs today unfortunately.

LB (5,2)

1 Pinfold, Cyres Nancy Drew only 19mnts of age. Lovely outline to this bitch, Super head & expression, beautiful coat showing positive signs of greying, short coupled, well angulated, great reach of neck leading into level topline with tail bang on top, moved with drive. CC & BOB.

2 Rafter, Rafscos Annie Get Ya Gun. 29 mths of age, attributes similar to 1 but longer cast and a little heavier, moved well and well presented. Good tail set with plenty behind. 3 Baxter & Baxter, Croftsblu The Nipper.

OB (2)

1 Clarke-O’Neill, Ch Showtime Lady At Lemracdream. 3 yr old, very feminine head of good length, good bite, ample reach of neck, keen expression, straight front, level topline, ample behind, well placed and carried tail, moved with drive. Res CC.

2 Pinfold, Ch Cyres Lightning. 3 yr old, feminine head with good epression, coat of good colour and texture, straight front, good reach of neck, level topline, tail on top and moved with drive.
