Many thanks to the committee for their invite to judge the stakes classes. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and there were some quality exhibits to assess.

Stakes Classes

Dogs

1st Cooke`s Star Du Neufmoulin for Montelle, nice sized male with a lovely headpiece, clean through his neck and shoulders, good angulation and tail carriage, shown in good body weight and condition. Sound on the move and never stopped showing.

2nd Bamsey`s Holbam Celtic Wizard, dog of good type and size, good head with nice reach of neck and good shoulders. Nice expression. Moved sound in front, little close behind.

Bitches

1st Anderson1s Kerrykeel Diacota, Lovely bitch who never stopped showing, lovely head and well-placed ears, good reach of neck and clean through his shoulders. Shown in immaculate condition and handled to high standard. Could not be denied top placing.

2nd Thomas`s Sunnystone Bright Light for Montelle, A bitch I have admired from the ringside and to go over she didn’t disappoint. Lovely type who possesses lovely head and ears, with a typical expression. Good angulation and tail carriage. Unfortunately on the day would not settle on the move for her handler and had to settle for 2nd best.
