Irish Terriers

MPD

1 Newey’s Kerrykeel Alroy, nice head & ears, enjoying his first show at 6 months, ideal size for age, good front, in harsh coat, moved & showed well.

PD

1 Kiely’s Rock On Riley, promising dog, good pigmentation, red coat, true front, very good legs & feet, long muscular neck, long head. Ears a little unsettled, but will improve with age. Moved OK;

2 Bradbury’s Montelle Going For Gold, ideal size. Head could be sharper. Good eras. Not quite the topline of 1. Good coat, moved well;

3 K Alroy

JD

1 Seabridge’s Ch Sujoncla Powder River, very good terrier, good ears. Would like a cleaner skull. Long foreface, well set eyes, true front, good topline, a lot of substance for age, well muscled quarters, moved well, showed al the time, in very good order.

PGD

1 Bamsey’s Holbam Pearly Jack, good length of head, well placed ears which he uses well, looks at you right, good neck & topline, scores in tailset, strides out on the move;

2 Crehan’s Kerrykeel Daithai, very good coat & colour, good head & ears, good length of neck, straight front. A little soft in topline which makes him look a little long in back. Improves on the move;

3 Redman’s Applerock Lord Stefan.

LD

1 Jackson’s Montelle Vision In Red, typical from this kennel, grand head & expression, dark eye, good front, legs & feet, moderate length of back, good ribs, in very good coat, moved & showed well;

2 Lovelace’s Brazan Manatoba, best of colours, very good head, ears OK, dark eye, correct topline, good deep chest, excellent tail position, moved OK. Would like more drive. Close up to 1;

3 Rundle’s Sidewater Master Cruiser.

OD

1 Anderson’s Kerrykeel Eoghan, typical Irish, long clean head, flat skull, well placed ears, dark eye, good neck & shoulders, true front, straight legs & feet, deep chest, body to suit, good tailset, moved well on a slack lead. Just asked for CC & BOB;

2 Barker & Averis’ Am Ch Kells Touch Of Fleet Street, I like this dog but carrying too much weight. Good head & ears, moderate length of neck, very good topline, looked a picture, moved OK. RCC;

3 Bissett’s Kerrykeel Enda.

MPB

1 Misty Stahle & Nichols’ Shallcomes Bronach, only 6 months, good supple ears, very good topline, showing & moving OK;

2 Bamsey’s Holbam Celtic Kate, very fine body, good head. Erratic ears. More condition will improve her overall appearance.

PB

1 Anderson’s Kerrykeel Aoife, very showy, feminine bitch, up to size, true expression, well built behind, moved & showed well. BPB;

2 Kiely’s Rosaline Ruby, smart ears when alert but kind of let her down. Dark eye, good size, moved OK.
