IRISH CRUFTS 11 Irish Terrier Judge(s): MR G R MORRIS IRISH TERRIER VD (2) 1 Soeters' Mac. Long head, 9 years old that has good bone, legs and feet, good coat, good body and was enjoying his day out. 2 Cooke's Lionwood Rowanberry ShCM. Not a happy fellow on the day, gone a little thick in skull, looks shorter in neck than he is because of so much weight, this also had an effect on his movement, in very good coat. Sp PD(4) 1 Cook's Montelle Ringmaster At Terrahawk. Good head and expression, very good coat, good bone, legs and feet, good quarters, turn of stifle, moved soundly. 2 Taylor's Holbam Tierneys Guiness. Good expression, good neck and shoulder, good bone, legs and feet, good quarters and set on, needs to tighten up in front. 3 Redman's Applerock Lord Stefan. Classy type of dog with good head and expression, good bone, legs and feet, good quarters and set on, not quite the angulation of winner. 3 Bamsey's Holbam Winslow King. And what a lady she is. When I first put my hands on her I thought, if I'm going to see a better one than this, I'm in for a treat. I didn't, but she was treat enough. Type, size, temperament, absolutely sound, head and expression. Won the Bitch CC with plenty in hand. 2 Rundle &Batley's Swe Ch Larkans Udda (Imp Swe). Another top class bitch with excellent quality of head that she has retained with age, held her topline on the move, has good angulation, sound. 3 Bamsey's Montelle Night Star. Made up a trio of nice veterans. Good head, neck and shoulder, good set on, sound. Sp PB(3) 1 Bradley's Montelle Leading Light. Topped a very good class, quality head, neck and shoulders, good bone, legs and feet, sound on the move, showed well. 2 Wellings' Allatsea Golden Hind. Very heavy in ear, spoils expression, sound enough, do not clip. 3 Hardman's Red Summer Sunshine. Not clipped, and has a very good coat, but you are supposed to leave some face furnishings on and feed half as much food. Try these things and we'll see you next year. LB(9, 4) 1 Bradley's Montelle She's A Lady JW. Good head, eye and ear, front and topline is very well angulated behind, sound and showed well. 2 Ruffles' Ruffmar Bronzed Ballerina. Good head, bone, legs and feet, in good body weight and condition, good angulation, sound. 3 Grant's Ticknock Tamarind Breeze. Another with clipped head. That is good for type, has a good coat. The effort is worth it if you strip, not clip. OB(10, 3) 1 Barker &Averis' Ch Drumbilla Misty Lady. Well presented and handled, in good body weight and condition, good head, good bone, legs and feet, in good coat, won the class by virtue of her overall balance. Res CC. 2 Gruettner's Minze Von Der Emsmuehle. In great form, this bitch has a long head, good neck and shoulder, good quarters and tailset, moved soundly behind, today a little close in front. 3 Rundle &Goddard's Allatsea Gift Of Gold At Marshcourt. This bitch is a favourite of mine but not in her best form today. Good Citizen B (3) 1 Atwell's Xanwil Mystical Girl. A big bitch that is very sound although has good head and expression, long neck, good bone, legs and feet, good quarters and tailset, well angulated behind, moved soundly. 2 Wooding's Sujoncla White Horse.
