IRISH JUDGE BATH 21

Very good turnout here, no doubt helped by having a breed club show. Encouraging to see so many different exhibitors. Some were between coats.

PGD (1)

1 McConnell’s Tootrock Arcturus. Top size mascuuline d but of quite good proportions. Masculine head, could have a flatter skull. Lengthy and strong neck. Correct depth of chest. Good topline. Coat coming in.

LD (5, 1)

1 Grant & Hemmings’ Courtington Ten Sovereigns. Very good d of correct proportions and in very good coat. Liked his head, well filled under eyes. Lengthy neck. Well laid shoulder. Correct rib. Could be slightly better in rear. Accurate on the move.

2 Simons’ Saredon Red Berry. Well balanced d, slightly strong in skull and ears could be better. Enough neck. Well ribbed back. Slight slope to croup. Well bent stifle.

3 Atkin & Atkin’s Gengis Khan.

OD (5, 1)

1 Anderson’s Ros Michelin At Kerrykeel. Liked his proportions. He has a super head. Very good ears. Lengthy neck. Better front than 2, although not quite as good in rear. Liked his length of back and loin. In super coat. CC.

2 Cooke’s Star Du Neufmoulin For Montelle (Imp Bel). Super for proportions. Masculine head. Lovely eye and expression. Good neck. Correct body. Well turned stifle and low hocks. Untidy in front. Coat coming in but texture correct.

3 Hardman’s Bonosue If’s An Illusion.

Sp Beg D/B (1)

1 Gomer’s Kerrykeel Cara. Fem pup of nice proportions and moved quite well. Feminine head. Ears could be better. Lengthy neck. Good chest. Can firm in topline. Coat not at its best.

VB (4)

1 Bamsey’s Holbam Pearly Star. She has a very good outline and moved well. Feminine head of nice length. Good eye and ear. Strong neck. Well ribbed with correct loin. Better rear than second. Between coats.

2 Lee’s Sujoncla Goyathlay. Close up. Liked her proportions. Dark eye. Good neck. Correct body and loin. Topline runs up slightly. Correct croup and tail.

3 Ruffles’ Holbam Celtic Whisper At Ruffmar JW ShCM.

PB (2)

1 Bradley’s Sunnystone Bright Light TAF. Feminine b in full coat. Liked her head. Super eye and expression. Strong neck. Well laid shoulder but can settle in front action. Wouldn’t want her any shorter in back. Strong rear. BP.

2 Gomer’s Kerrykeel Cara.

JB (1)

1 Gomer’s Kerrykeel Cara.

PGB (7)

1 Redman’s Holbam Celtic Little Minx. She is a very good moving b with good proportions. Better topline than second. Would like a better head and ears. Super neck. Well laid shoulder. Correct chest and loin. Moderate rear with low hocks.

2 Oliver & Oliver’s Kerrykeel Aobheann. She is in super coat. Head is ok, just a little full in cheek. Correct neck. Well ribbed and correct loin. Moderate rear.

3 Price & Price’s Magairlin This Girl Can.

LB (4)

First and second close up, different things to like about both. winner had a slightly more racy outline and freer movement.

1 Lee’s Ivyblue Crinkles. Feminine head, flat skull. Ears could be better. Long neck with a well laid shoulder. Correct depth. Well ribbed with a correct loin. Enough hind angulation with low hocks. RCC.

2 Wortley & Wortley’s Jarabica Grace O’Malley. She is in super coat. Good head, eye and expression. Enough neck. Balanced in angulation. She has a firm topline wouldn’t want her any shorter in back.

3 Hardman’s Carliams Red Banshee At Bonosue.

OB (5)

1 Atkin & Atkin’s Holbam Celtic Summer ShCM ShCEx. Racy in outline and looks slightly better going around than stood. Feminine head, super eye and expression. Long neck with a well laid shoulder. Well ribbed to a correct loin. Holds her topline well. Good rear. Accurate on move with a long stride. Very good coat. CC & BOB, titled on the day – well done.

2 Thomas’ Montelle Light The Way At Sunnystone. She is a very good b. Shorter in back than first, but still a racy outline. Super head, eye and ears. Enough neck. Moderate in her angulations and could be tidier out and back. Good length of rib and loin. Well set tail.

3 Price & Price’s Ch Magairlin Adhmor Queen.
