FOX SMOOTH BIRMINGHAM DOG SHOW 11 Judge(s) MRS R E G TURNER DCC DOBELANDS SILENT DANGER ( MRS S LEWIS) FOX SMOOTH JUDGE BIRMGHAM NATIONAL 11 Smooth Fox Terriers I found movement in general was very disappointing & needs some serious thought given to improve this worrying factor. PD (6) 1 Morris’ Sanamaris Seventy Seven, 7 months b/w quality puppy, lovely head & expression, well set ears, neck well placed into good shoulders, short back, tail on top, moved & showed well for one so young. RCC & BP; 2 Feltham & Wilson’s Lizoni Cadellins Romance, 6 months b/w, nice head & ears, good shoulders, short back, tail on top, well off for bone, moved well; 3 Marston’s Chipstead Hermes. JD (1) A. PGD (1) 1 Clark’s Chipstead Cello, well presented, good bone, legs & feet, moved well. LD (8) 1 Lewis’ Dobelands Silent Danger, good head & expression, well placed ears that he used well, not overdone in any way, stood four square on good bone, legs & feet, good angulation, covered the ground with ease. CC & BOB; 2 Griffiths & Jones’ Yoxella Whistle And Flute with Darlaur, good head & ears, short back, ample bone, good legs & feet, moved well; 3 Tindle’s Jesuie Un Rock Star. OD (3) 1 Broom’s Bonzai de Malvau, t/w, good head, well placed ears, long neck into good shoulders, short back, tail on top, showed well; 2 Crouch’s Yoxella Writers Block among Oaxaca, nice head, ears well placed, short back, tail on top, good bone, legs & feet; 3 Marston’s Chipstead Gulliver from Classicway. PB (2) 1 Clark’s Chipstead Star, 6 months b/w, very raw & needs time. In good condition, enjoyed her outing. JB (2) 1 Hughes & Butcher’s Forgevale Simply Stunning, t/w eye catching bitch, good head. Ears need to settle. Nice reach of neck, short back, tailset good, moved well. PGB (3) 1 Brookes’ Dobelands Giggle And Gossip at Zetamax, b/w, nice head & expression, short body, tail on top, good bone, legs & feet, moved well. LB (7) 1 Thornton & Bebbington’s Chezatree Sundays Grace by Gelndraterra, t/w quality bitch, exquisite head & ears, real varmint expression, good length of neck, short back, tail on top. A real terrier handful but when settled moved well. RCC; 2 Tindle’s Jesuie Mystic, b/w, pressed 1 hard. Would like her a little higher on leg. Good head & ears, nice expression, short back, tail well set, plenty of bone & substance, moved well; 3 Griffiths’ Yoxella Welsh Gold. OB (4) 1 Smith’s Thunderclap Macsweeney, classy t/w, lovely head & expression, good shoulder placement into short back, tail on top, good bone, legs & feet, moved very well. A little overweight for which I forgave her. CC; 2 Thornton & Bebbington’s Glendraterra Dawn To Dusk, t/w, good head & ears, well ribbed up, short back, well set tail, good bone, legs & feet, moved well; 3 Gervraud’s Belfox Image. ROSE TURNER |
