DANDIE DINMONT WELSH KENNEL CLUB 13 Judge: Mrs B Banbury BEST OF BREED : 4787 DEACON, Mrs B & PEARCE Ms R Ch Cassencarrie I Kid You Not Sh.CM DANDIE DINMONT JUDGE WKC 13 Dandie Dinmont Terriers MPD, PD & JD (0). PGD (2) 1 Jacka-Slater’s Pennywave Lone Ranger, good head proportions, & neck & head carriage, well ribbed, deep chest, has length of body & good front assembly, good angulation, hocks well let down, harsh coat; 2 Henry’s Dariant Genri Mi Rey at Trinzy, close up & similar in type, just preferred the movement of 1. LD (0). OD (3) 1 Deacon & Pearce’s Ch Cassencarrie I Kid You Not, good masculine head, large low set eyes, ears set well back & low on skull & close carriage. Good neck, head carriage, body, & tail. Moved out freely holding a good outline, in full coat of good texture. CC & BOB; 2 Tinsley’s Ch Cloverwood Royal George, very close up, has excellent overall type & soundness, lovely masculine head, large dark eyes well set, good expression, good neck & head carriage, good bone & body, moved out freely holding his outline. Not quite in full coat but immaculate presentation. RCC; 3 Bromley’s Mishahda Volcanic Storm. MPB (0). PB (1) 1 Bell’s Lannia Harvest Charm, promising youngster, feminine head & expression, dark eyes, dense pigmentation, large dark nose, good neck & body, good topline & tail. BP. JB (1) 1 Kurg’s Etsill Skara Brae, promising youngster who showed & moved well. Ears a tad unsettled, coat needs time as at in-between stage. Held outline & tail well on the move. PGB (2) 1 Henry’s Dariant Grace Mi Solar at Trinzy, good head, eyes & ear carriage. Well pigmented overall, good neck & head carriage, deep brisket, well ribbed, good pencilled coat & undercoat, held outline on move; 2 Drake’s Deegandan Bessie Surtees, feminine head. Eyes dark but would prefer them a little larger. Large black nose, good pigmentation. Coat needs time. Movement OK. LB (3) 1 Tinsley’s Cloverwood Drama Queen, good skull & muzzle, large eyes, good ear carriage, good pigmentation, good chest & rib, well made overall, moved out well on good legs & feet; 2 Booth’s Cloverwood Candlelight, could have slightly more rise over loin & settle in movement. Good coat texture & undercoat, dense pigmentation, but slight staining rather detracts from expression; 3 Bell’s Kirkhalin Mystic Prudence. OB (5) 1 Bromley’s Cassencarrie Going Back to Mishahda, good head proportions, dark eyes well set, good topknot, good neck & head carriage, good chest & ribs, coat in good order with undercoat, well angulated & moved freely on good legs & feet. CC; 2 Deacon’s Ch Cassencarrie Miss Grace at Pennywave, close up & much the same comments apply. Good mover, but not quite so settled in outline. RCC; 3 Henry’s Deegandan Grace Darling.
