DANDIE DINMONT TERRIER

This was one of the happiest shows I have been asked to judge at, the rings were of good size and well laid out. The venue was bright and warm with easy parking. The quality of the exhibits was wonderful, though a small entry, each dog was presented in great condition.

OD (4, 2)

1 Chapman-King, Jamieson & Buist's Ch Inzievar Silver Gilt. BD, BOB. This masculine dog just days short of being a veteran moved around the ring with such presence demanding his place, presented in immaculate condition, well balanced head with dark soulful eyes, good ear set, strength in jaw with good scissor bite, good depth of chest, strong neck falling into well laid back shoulders, neat feet, balanced rib to loin, neat rise over loin, moved with drive from muscular rear carrying his tail out, this pepper was presented in good coat, not a hair out of place.

2 Sleight's Cassencarrie Bobby Vee. Res BD. This mustard dog was presented in good muscular condition, good balance of head, correct ear set, strength of jaw with good scissor bite, good slope of neck, balanced rib to loin, neat rise over loin, moved out with drive around the ring.

PGB (2, 1)

1 Eves' Sylvanken Silver Dawn. Very feminine pepper bitch presented in good coat, balanced head, dark eyes, scissor bite, nice slope of neck falling into laid back shoulders, moved well around the ring.

OB (5, 2)

1 Chapman-King & Hislop's Inzievar Royal Silver. BB, very feminine pepper bitch, presented in good coat, well balanced head with appealing dark eyes, good ear set, scissor bite, nice slope of neck falling into well laid shoulders, deep chest, good front and neat feet, good rib to loin ratio, neat rise over loin, good tail carriage, moved out around the ring.

2 Kinsey-Morgan's Inzievar Gold Effect. Res BB, this mustard carried a lot of the good points of first, very feminine head, good expression in eyes, strong scissor bite, balanced rib to loin, well laid back shoulders, moved with drive around the ring, presented in good coat.

3 Eves' Oaksleigh Minnahaha Of Sylvanken.
