CESKY WINDSOR 10 Judge: Mr P Eva CESKY JUDGE WINDSOR 10 Cesky Terriers This is a small breed which has worked to improve their lines with a small gene pool to great success, & every time I am fortunate to judge they have improved. This was a super entry of lovely dogs. They can be a slow maturing breed as my results show but the youngsters will be up in the winners’ class any time now. Apart from an odd one or two, all were beautifully prepared with smooth coat transition, abundant furnishings over the head & lower part of the body. The winner today is the Cesky breed, breeders & exhibitors. JD (3) 1 Burrows’ Pendevour Pierrot, litters like this come rarely but what potential, 9 months almost to the day & just in front of his litter brothers & sister, great topline, brisket well back, reach of neck, head on, muscled backend, head & furnishings, presented a more mature picture than his age suggests, moved as an older more mature dog. BP & RBD; 2 Inglesden’s Pendevour Phelix. PGD (1) 1 Burrows’ Rossau Poet, stood alone so had to win although he would do against most, mature, head set on correct angle, well furnished, ears a bit on the move, front well positioned, feet, moved better as time went by. OD (5) 1 Richardon’s Talyot Damolces, top quality, muscled, fit dog, lovely set to neck & head, trimmed by an expert I guess, front & rear assembly moving well, body fit & showing great topline & well ribbed back, takes to steps to settle into steady Cesky stride to go on for ever. BOB; 2 Burrows’ Pendevour Pascal, great prospect for a successful future, good outline, steady movement, well presented, has lots to succeed; 3 Clark’s Cassencarrie Czech Me Out. V (3) 1 Atter’s Gloria Kvitko Imp, at 9 years this bitch gives the performance of half the age which is a tribute to the breed, well ribbed back, topline, muscled, head on, excels in movement, the best here. BB & BV; 2 Wither’s Pajantick Hermione Gingold, in any other class would be a winner, loved the outline, furnishings, fitness & presentation; 3 Lewis’ Komidion Fanfare Dajaces. JB (4,3) 1 Evans’ Pendevour Flashdance, striking product of this to be famous litter out of Dancing Diva, perhaps the ‘dancing class’ as a title, smashing head form, set on the correct angle of neck, enough length to brisket, muscles, fit & moving well; 2 Fewing’s Komidion Madrigal, yet more quality from this famous kennel, splitting hairs on movement but the right bits, topline, front, muscled, backend with lots of drive, super presentation; 3 Harris’s Pendevour Pollyanna. PGB (6,4) 1 Burrage & Taylot’s Camille de Sametova, in great condition, strong muscled backend, head correctly held on reach of neck, good front to move very well, well presented; 2 Harris’ Pendevaour Pheel The Music, good rise to the loin giving correct outline, correct front, reach of neck & angle, nicely prepared. Just a bit on edge; 3 Igglesden’s Komidion Keluri Lastarean. OB (4) 1 Wither’s Pajanticks Cforcharlie, put down with expertise, head set on correct angle, length of brisket with correct angle to neck, standing with poise & balance. Lost a little at points of the triangle for BOB & BB. RBB; 2 Clarke’s Pendevour Pheeltherythm, in top, clean shinning condition, put down by experienced handler, good set of head with enough brisker, moved well enough; 3 Fewing’s Kodmidion Jacara. Breeder Mrs N Evans teams were 1 & 2, looking back you can see the Pendevour brand throughout & it was a straight fight of eight from the same kennel. The winners were Pierrot, Phranklin, PETER EVA |
