CESKY JUDGE LKA 11

Cesky Terriers

Since last judging this breed, things seem to have improved. There were more dogs of the correct size, & not too many woolly coats, heads have also improved the large coarse type have gone, ear size & ear set on most were good as were fronts. The topline in the Cesky is unique &, we need to be mindful of this to maintain it. We still to have a few problems with mouths.

Overall I was pleased with my entry & my winners pleased me greatly. I hope my comments will be taken as constructive criticism & we continue improving our very special breed.

MPD & PD (0).

JD (3)

1 Rusby’s Grancek Modry Mraz at Placido, fair head sufficient body, lacked rear angulation which affected his movement;

2 Tobijanski’s Talyot Gwasenaethau, smaller type but all in proportion but would like straighter front legs.

PGD (6)

1 Burrows’ Pendevour Pierrot, correct in head, elegant neck, & good lay of shoulder, god body brisk mover;

2 Samson’s Pendevour Phelix at Shasgav, litter brother to 1, similar remarks apply just preferred the overall finish of 1; 3 Hammond’s Oneva Elegant.

OD (4)

1 Taylor’s Duffy Du Champ D’eole avec Polede, typical head, correct front assembly with well laid shoulders, strong hindquarters, true mover, kept his topline when moving, good silky coat & good presentation. BD;

2 Tobijanski’s Janska Born To Be Wild, larger type, put together well, moved with plenty of drive;

3 Taylor’s Polede Lforluka.

VD (2)

1 Brown’s Lastarean Dufek, 8 years, liked his head neck & front, well bodied, moved with drive. RBD; 2 Lewis’ Komidion Fanfare Dajaces, not the head & finish of 1.

GCD (1)

1 Marrett’s Lastarean Kral of Zidout, larger type well muscled, good coat texture, true mover.

MPB (1)

1 Richardson’s Talyot Hermione, at just 6 months she has personality plus, head developing well, good front, coat had good texture & moved true when put her mind to it. BP.

PB (1)

1 Brown’s Lastarean Ky Me A River, nice type, good length, well laid shoulders, would like a little more coat.

JB (3)

1 Atter & Moffatt’s Emily Day Break, strong head, good length of neck, well laid shoulders moved with plenty of drive, just wish she was a tad smaller;

2 Fewing’s Komidion Blackthorpe River Rapsody, not so good in head as 1, body well covered just not going as well as Emily;

3 Burrage’s KomidiomNight Music at Sametova.

PGB (5)

1 Marrett’s Lastarean Grace And Favour for Gayteckels, good length, elegant neck, straight front legs, good spring of ribs, moved with plenty of drive;

2 Taylor’s E’french Connection Du Champ D’Eole via Polede, good overall type, correct presentation of coat, just wish she would put more into her showing; 3 Fewing’s Komidion Madrigal.

OB (6)

1 Fewing’s Komidion Jarcara, this bitch is in her prime, she was the correct size, loved her head & front, good topline all topped off with a silky coat, moved out with purpose. BB & BOB;

2 Burrage’s Vandell Sweet Song of Sametova, liked her head, body & coat, not moving so well when going away. VB (2) Marrett’s Jsy Ch Gayteckels Highflyer, one of my favourites, at 12 years she looks fantastic. Have judged her before & the same remarks apply, one of the best movers. RBB;

2 Atter’s Gloria Kvitko, unlucky to meet 1 in such good form, nice type, good size, good coat quality.

Breeder Fewing Komidions.
