CESKY JUDGE BLACKPOOL 11

Cesky Terriers

A breed I enjoy judging for friendly dogs & just as friendly owners. One wonders why this breed has not as yet graduated for CCs & I hope that day is not too far away? An uncomplicated breed with no exaggeration. Like the ancestors behind them, the Sealyham & Scottie, they also are bred on a small gene pool & consequently are so typy.

V

1 Atter’s Gloria Kvitko, spritely & carries age well, quality all through;

2 Marett’s Lastarean Kral of Zidout, close up, in good form;

3 Marett’s Gayteckels Highflyer,

PDH.

JD

1 Tobijanski’s Talyot Gwasenaethau I Janski, correct topline, type, quality all there. Needs to firm in front;

2 Rusby’s Grancek Modry Mraz at Placido, so much to like. Topline flattened off & tail carriage could be better.

PGD

1 Livingston’s Rossau Voodoo, showing & moving well. Not carrying tail to advantage;

2 Airey’s Nordham Misty Moonlight, good tail, lovely quality. Could be more positive on move.

OD

1 Tobijanski’s Janski Born To Be Wild, probably up to size? Solid dog showing with panache & style, grand type, sound mover. BOB - sadly owner had emergency to return home & the breed was not represented in the group. I mention this as it’s very important for the rare breeds to be seen whenever possible in groups as it’s a most important way of coming to the notice of everyone;

2 Gay & Atter’s Oneva Eduard Malsville, in smaller mould. Close up, excellent example of the breed.

JB

1 Marett’s Lastarean Grace And Favour for Gayteckels, grand quality. Elbowy in front action;

2 Rusby’s Rylandson Zeleny Hora at Placido, lacking maturity. Moving well. Time needed here.

PGB

1 Thomson’s Oneva Eliska with Karensbrae, good topline, has type, moving & showing well;

2 Forbes’ Oneva Erica at Karensbrae, close finish, so good for type & balance, can change.

OB

1 Tobijanski’s Janski Celtic Ceska, has soundness combined with type, particularly good on move, good example. BB;

2 Thomson’s Lastarean Bavinka at Karensbrae.
