CESKY BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 14 Judge(s): MISS JEAN LANNING Cesky Terriers A pleasure to judge this friendly little breed. I am sure the purists are aware, but I was surprised to find them on the health watch. I find them a straight forward breed to judge, not given to undue exaggeration, other than a very special topline which is a characteristic of the breed. Tail carriage tends to vary somewhat. I found most with excellent bites & big strong teeth. With only three classes, it does make it difficult for those who want to support their breed. J (5) 1 Clark’s Ridley Vyborna, good head & eye. Moving well, with good topline. BP, RBB, was placed PG3, well done; 2 Samson’s Shasgav Dynamo, well balanced with good bone, excellent mouth. Strong firm mover. RBD; 3 Samson’s Shasgav Youve Been Framed. OD (5,1a) 1 Tobijanski’s Janski Ceskasson Blue Moon, good head & eye. Firm front, & strong quarters. Correct topline. Strong sound mover. BD & BOB; 2 Lewis’ Komidion Nickelodeon avec Dajaces, another good example of the breed. Well presented. Moving well; 3 Lewis’ Komidion Fanfare Dajaces. OB (6) 1 Samson’s Komidion Nonet at Shasgav, combining substance with quality. Extending well on the move. BB; 2 Fewings’ Komidion Madrigal, same quality, close up here; 3 Tobijanski’s Janski Ultra Violet. JEAN LANNING |
