CAIRN WELKS 14 Judge(s): MR JOHN GRIFFIN Cairn Terriers J (4) 1 Inett & Engebretsen’s Carradine Dexter, mature dog with good sized teeth & scissor bite, well muscled, dark eye, sloping shoulders, level back, well sprung ribs, good bend of stifle, moved with drive. Stood out amongst the dogs on show today. BOB; 2 Inett, Clayton & Harrison’s Carradine Secret Snowdrop, finer in bone than 1 but well made, good bite, dark eye, level back. Moved well both ways. BB; 3 Inett’s Carradine Lady Lola. PG (1) 1 Bateman & Sach’s Dandi Boy Spud, good head & ear placement, dark eye, good shoulder placement, deep chest. Could move better in front. OD (2) 1 Byrne & Inett’s Carradine Brian The Lion, broad skull, good earset, dark eye, correct bite, well placed shoulders, moved well both ways; 2 Bateman & Gompel’s Carradine Terries Tipple, much the same attributes as 1 but not quite the same substance. OB (2) 1 Bateman & Inett’s Carradine In Love With Amy, broad skull, dark eye, good bite with strong teeth, movement both fore & aft very true, very good layback of shoulder; 2 Keeves’ Seveek Living The Dream, balanced head, good bite, shoulder placement OK.
