CAIRN SOUTHERN COUNTIES 24 Judge: Mrs Saija Juutilainen [Finland] Very interesting Terrier day in Southern Counties 2024 started with nice entries of Cairn Terriers I found so many Cairns today with typical natural appearance both standing and moving. Very nice strong long ribcages and quarters. Lovely very drive with excellent outlines – typical tail and head carriage and attitude. Most of them today with nice weather-resistant coats with nice quality. 1 Svendalens Max In A Million (Ortolano) very typical Cairn with nice proportions and bones in good balance. Very nice head and dark eyes and so well set ears. Moved with enough attitude and balance. Very nice coat quality and condition. 2 Cannwood Can’t Get Enough (Metcalf-Sault) Three years old wheaten dog with very nice outlines and substance and enough strong muscle condition. Quality head type and expression. Moved with very nice drive and tail carriage. 1 & BP Sanderfield On The Rocks For Cherrycrack (Imp Fin) (Shopland) Very typical young dog with correct breed type and proportions and well angulated. Very correct head and expression and pretty ears. Lovely neck set to strong topline and typical tail carriage. Moved around with typical attitude and drive. Beautiful coat condition. 2 Carradine My Way Lenny (Inett & Harrison & Bateman) Very sweet puppy with nice frame to fill in with time and very nice strong topline. Angulations in balance in both ends and correct bones and feet. Lovely head type and expression. 1 & BJ Sanderfield On The Rocks For Cherrycrack (Imp Fin) (Shopland) My Puppy winner placed number one in Junior Class as well. 1 Tycadno New Tricks (Thomas & Jones) Very typical wheaten colour dog with very correct body proportions and substance for this breed. Masculine head with lovely outlines and expression. Nice bones and angulations and moved pretty well around. 2 Barry Burton The Brave (Udova) Very active and typical dog with lovely moderate angulations and long ribcage. Lovely tail and carriage and very strong topline. Correct masculine head and dark eyes and so well set ears. 1 & DCC Lentrica Mystic Warrior (Munday) Beautiful dark brindle dog with excellent breed type and so correct Cairn attitude when moving and showing himself. Excellent head lines and eyes and ears – lovely strong topline and correct length of tail. 2 Cloverbrook Game Set Nmatch (Ballinger) Another dark brindle dog in beautiful condition despite his young age. Nicely carried masculine head and correct tail. Very nice long ribcage and typical bones and feet and moved very well around. 1 & RDCC Glenrood Galaxy At Tribannon (Waugh) Balanced dark brindle dog with correct long ribcage and very strong topline. High quality breed attitude when moving around with nice topline and head and tail carriage. Very nice coat quality and condition today. 2 Barry Burton The Brave (Udova) this dog with superb temperament placed second in Post Graduate class before. 1 & BV Ch Tycadno Bright Star For Kanawha (Goldfinch) Seven years old brindle bitch with nice strong body and correct bones and angulations in good balance. Very pretty head and expression with small ears. Moved very well around with nice attitude and carriage. 2 Marie’s Magic Pocketful Of Dutch Gold (Vlieghe) Eight years old wheaten bitch – very pretty overall picture with nice outlines and very feminine head and expression and so well set ears. Very nice reach and drive when moving around with typical temperament. 1 Lindcoly Singing Angela (Saich) Very pretty and active brindle bitch puppy with so nice outlines and typical body for her age and very nice muscle condition. Feminine head and nice expression. Moves well around. 2 Furythor Born To Sparkle (Clarke) Dark brindle bitch puppy with excellent breed type and moved very well around with so typical attitude and head and also tail carriage. Pretty feminine head and expression. 1 Tycadno Dark Star (Thomas & Jones) So typical and natural brindle bitch with lovely outlines and strong topline – so well angulated in both ends. Pretty feminine head and expression and small ears. Moves very well around with lot of temperament. 2 Dazzle Me At Tribannon (Waugh) Very typical wheaten bitch with moderate angulation and correct bones. Lovely neck set to strong topline and so correct length of tail. Moved very well with lovely attitude. 1 & BRCC Pendley Sea Breeze (Yates-Johnson) Such a lovely brindle bitch with typical Cairn outlines and attitude overall. Even when free standing keeps her lines so well. Very correct head and dark eyes and small erect ears. So nice drive when moving around. 2 Furythor Marvel At Me (Munday) Very high quality dark brindle bitch with lovely temperament and so correct outlines for this breed. Lovely head type and expression and so well set neck to strong topline and moved very well today. 1 & BCC & BOB Wandris Please Yourself JW (Bubb) Very nicely balanced and strong bodied dark brindle bitch with excellent proportions and long ribcage and nice bones and very well angulated with strong hindquarters. Pretty head and sparkling expression and pretty ears. Very sound when moving around. 2 Ch Glory Daze At Tribannon (Waugh) Very classic brindle bitch with beautiful outlines and excellent front and strong hindquarters. Lovely head type and dark eyes and nicely set ears. Very typical natural coat quality and moved pretty well around. |
