CAIRN NATIONAL TERRIER 14 Judge(s): CAROL CONFUE (ANJOFRA) Cairn Terriers My thanks to National Terrier for their hospitality & exhibitors for an excellent entry. Also to my steward who proved adept at cleaning the copious amounts of dog mess & pee! I have never witnessed so many males using the ring as a toilet. The smells & remains of sawdust made it challenging for some exhibitors in the lower bitch classes. I felt the males outclassed the bitches & some exhibits were carrying too much weight & others lacked muscletone. Both Junior classes were strong which is encouraging for the future. MPD (3) 1 Parker-Tucker’s Uniquecottage Winsford, red in profuse puppy coat. Very typical of this kennel. Good head with deep stop, correct eye & dentition. Needs time to settle on the move. Well muscled hindquarters; 2 Peer’s Tweedisle Relight My Fire, red with balanced outline. Correct head. Good neck & shoulders. Moved OK. Needs time & encouragement; 3 Keeves’ Seveek Double Dice.
