CAIRN JUDGE CRUFTS 16

Cairn Terriers

I would like to thank Crufts for inviting me to judge at their 125 year anniversary show & everyone at home & abroad for their good wishes. Thanks also to my excellent stewards & all the exhibitors for making my day so enjoyable.

While my winners were very good examples of the breed l do feel that heads need to be of some concern. Quite a few were not typical & muzzles in some cases are too long which distracts from the true cairn expression.

Mouths are another concern with narrow jaws & small misplaced teeth.
