Cairn Terriers

A super entry & some quality exhibits. Pleasing to see such good temperaments. Mouths on the whole were very good, but room for improvement in movement. My principal winners all had bone, substance & were well bodied, as well as having type.

PD (3)

1 Felters & Rumens’ Landbuck Bytheway, outgoing 7 months wheaten, good head & ears, correct tailset & topline, balanced & nicely proportioned, in full coat. Movement a little erratic, but liked him for his bone & substance;

2 Shopland’s Hjohoo’s A Kind Hjo Can’t Find at Cherrycrack.

JD (2)

1 Bateman & Gompel’s Carradine Terrie’s Tipple, very smart 13 months wheaten, gorgeous head & expression, good deep body, strong quarters, moved with purpose. Well handled & nicely presented, maturing well. Promising youngster. RBD;

2 Shannon & Storr’s Brenndarcy Borgen.

PGD (3)

OD (4)

1 Inett & Bambridge’s Ch Carradine Crackaway Jack, stunning dark gr/br, mature, masculine & in super condition, nice bone, good spring of rib, well bodied, good topline & tailset, typical Cairn head, really moved out well, positive in front & drive. Showed, handled & presented to full advantage. BOB.
