MINIATURE BULL JUDGE MIDLAND COUNTIES 11

Miniature Bull Terriers

I was pleased that a measure was available & I found that although there were only a couple of animals on or under the measure, others in the main were only an inch or so over. I think from outside the ring it can be deceptive & they can look larger than they are, although I accept size is something we have to work on. It was very enjoyable to go over those who came under me.

PD (2)

1 Richardson’s Quayardson Sir Albus, handsome b/br/w, very strong head, filled right up & with sweeping profile, ears bang on top, correct mouth, straight front, good round bone, nice reach of neck, well balanced throughout with good tail placement, moved fairly well, in gleaming condition, well handled & presented. BP, CC & BOB.

PGD(2)

1 Richardson’s Quayardson Sir Arthur, another handsome boy, litter brother to above & not a lot between them. B/br/w, well filled head, perhaps a little longer & not as wide as his brother’s, but a very good head all the same. Correct mouth, ears right on top with good expression, nice length of neck, good bodylines, moved well coming & going. RCC.

LD (4)

1 Dance’s Decadance Dalquist, white with black eye patch, strong filled head, one tooth out of line. Decent front, good reach of neck, well sprung ribs & nicely balanced, moved better in front than behind. Didn’t make the most of himself;

2 Harrison’s Jenkir Thor, b/br/w, head could do with a touch more arc & fill. Correct mouth. Front still needs to tighten & a tad long in the back. Good bone for size, in tip top condition. Moved close coming towards.

OD (1)

1 Orr’s Ir Ch Debully Razmatz, smart br/w, nicely filled head with good profile, neat ears, decent front, shapely body. One of just a couple here who were under the measure. Pinned in a little coming towards.

PB (1)

1 Preedy’s Shacadia’s Sugar N Spice at Shacals, very pretty br/w of small size, lovely filled & turned head, correct mouth, straight front, decent topline, nicely balanced & adequate bone for size, moved well both ways. Lost out on maturity in the challenge but should have a very promising future.

JB (1)

1 Vicker’s Duvessa Devil Wears Prada, solid brindle, nicely filled head with good profile & correct mouth, good expression, decent front, good reach of neck, well sprung ribs, good bodylines. Moved close behind but OK in front.

PGB (1)

1 Lawrence’s Badlesmere Bid For Gold with Cajuma, neat r/w, nicely filled & turned head with good expression, good mouth, straight front, nicely balanced & well angulated, small catlike feet, decent bone for size, moved well both ways.

LB (2) 1 Phillips’ Ducassos Clear Measure of Bullyon, quality white, nicely filled head with good profile, wicked expression & used her ears well, mouth correct, lovely length of neck with decent topline, very nicely balanced with good angulation & tailset, moved well both ways;

2 Vicker’s Duvessa Lottsa Lady, classy br/w, strong well filled head with good arc, nice expression, level bite, good bone for size, mature shapely body with deep chest with well sprung ribs, moved fairly well. RCC.

OB (4)

1 Kedge & Wiles’ Adderswood Vyvyan for Arcazy, mature br/w, nicely turned & filled head, wicked eye, level bite, deep chest, well proportioned all through, moved well both ways;

2 Dance’s Decadance Dragonfly, mature white with black ears, beautifully filled & turned head, correct mouth, decent front, well sprung ribs, a touch long in back. Moved close behind;

3 Whittaker’s Wengormick Petite Lady.
