MINIATURE BULL LEEDS 23 Judge: Mrs Joy Johnson MINIATURE BULL JUDGE LEEDS 23 My thanks to the committee for the appointment, I was very happy with my entry for what was my first time giving CCs in the breed, I thoroughly enjoyed the day and would like to thank the exhibitors for the opportunity to go over their dogs. Unfortunately my ring wasnt the best and played havoc with my entries movement hence my lack of comments on movement for the majority. 1 Boyne & Stephen’s Boannadeen Boca Junior, Bri/wh Powerful head with good profile and width, correct mouth, level topline and good bone, showed well. 1 Boyne’s Tiny Amigos Night King (imp nor), Typy bri/wh of good size, his head has a good curved profile and plenty of width and depth, mouth off, straight front with good bone for size, good topline. 2 Buckley’s Howfenbulls Phantom, blk/bri/wh, good length in head but could use more profile, good mouth, straight front, shapley hind quarters and correct tailset. 1 Barr’s Entertainer Got A Hangover At Giffenbull (Imp Aut), Very typy Bri of good size, his head has a good profile with enough length and good depth and width, excellent eye and ear placement, his bite is just off, he is well made throughout with a lovely straight front and excellent topline, I would like him to be more masculine which cost him in the line up. 2 Battel’s Howfenbulls Dark Knight, Blk/bri, head with good length, would like more profile, correct mouth, powerful body, feet could be tidier. 1 Hearne, Singleton & Catilina’s CH Dofro Stormbreaker Warbonnet (AI), well known Blk bri/wh, he has a powerful head with good profile, width and enough length, super eye & ear giving a wicked expression, he has a well made and balanced body with a straight front, he is powerful and masculine yet is of excellence size, moved well both ways. Delighted to give him CC & BOB 2 Clark & Fox’s Danbull Dainty Diablo At Grandopera, flashy blk/bri/wh, superbly headed with excellent, yet not over exaggerated profile, great depth, width and good length, he has a great eye and correct ear placement giving an excellent expression, good mouth, lovely straight front with a good shoulder leading into a correct topline. To be super critical I’d like a little more angulation in his rear, this and being a little taller then 1st place put him behind my winner today, but nevertheless a top quality dog who I’m sure will get his crown, delighted to award him RCC. 3 Heard’s Kiltonthorpe Jonny Fox With Louwab. 1 Boyne & Stephen’s Boannadeen La Bombonera (AI), attractive Blk,Bri/wh with a good profile and fill to her powerful yet feminine head, correct mouth, good straight front with ample bone, nicely angulation in front and behind, well set tail and good topline, won BP with ease. 1 Heard’s Leyfinds Taking Over Louwab, bri/wh powerful head with excellent profile and depth, mouth ok, good eye & ear placement giving correct expression, straight front with ample bone, nicely laid shoulder, dropped her topline on the move. 2 Wilson, Harper & Harrison’s Jenkir Artemis lovely sized with a great head, powerful yet feminine, lovely front and good shoulder, I’d like a little more angulation behind. 1 Jowers Topasbully Velislava At Clansmann, powerful blk/bri/wh, very strong head with great profile and depth, lovely bone and feet, correct mouth, good angulation in front and rear, strong topline and correct tail set, would like a keener expression, a quality bitch that was a little over weight making her appear a tad stuffy in the neck today which cost her in the line up 2 Farmer & Stephen’s Seayess Mistycal Star, good sized typy tri colour, feminine head with good profile, fill and length, good mouth, correct expression, adequate angulation in front and rear. 3 Thompson’s Oakfayre’s Empress Eternal Bri/wh with long, strong head, correct mouth, lovely straight front and good bone, lost out to 2nd on size and topline. 1 Barr’s Cherry Bomb Got A Hangover At Giffenbull (IMP AUT) bri/wh of good size, feminine head with good length and gentle profile, correct mouth, well made throughout, would like a smaller eye. 2 Wilson, Harper & Harper’s Olympusbulys Athena, blk/bri strong head, instanding canine, well placed ears, beautiful, powerful, well made body, lost to 1 on size. 3 Woods Kiltonthorpe Midnight Sun, good sized with strong head, correct mouth, lost to 2 on her superior construction.
