MINIATURE BULL LEEDS 22 Judge: Mrs Patsy Hollings PD 2(0) 1. Buckley’s Howfenbulls Phantom. Filled head with well fitting dark eye, decent ear with attention, strong neck fitting well through to top-line which is firm with defined loin, ribs developed applicable to age, obviously not fully finished, did his job with character and pleasing action, BPIB. 2. Battel’s Howfenbulls Dark Knight. Not the definition of head of winner and not quite the bone or feet, presents a typical outline, has tight fitting skin and decent body. 1. Heard’s Kiltonthorpe Jonny Fox with Louwab. Smart typical dog who showed a grand shape in outline standing and moving with lively brisk action, has a long filled head with small dark eye and a sparking outlook, punishing jaw with neat lips and good bite, muscular neck, well boned legs and feet, has balanced depth and neat elbow with good spring of rib, power behind, understand this is his second DCC. 2. McGregor’s Merlindan Flashback. Pleased me for type and balance, his head is long to strength in jaw and tight lip, not quite the eye of winner, he is well off for bone and has strength in body with muscular definition, goes with confidence and style to take the RDCC. 3. Battel’s Badlesmere Barbed Wire at Howfenbulls. 1. Emett/Catalina’s Dofro Little Drop of Poison NAF TAF. Good length of head with filling, small dark eye, he has balance of leg with bone, fit strong dog with short muscled loin, he has type and moved ok. 2. Hearne/Singleton’s Ch. Dofro Stormbreaker Warbonnet (AI). Sound, honest dog, pleasing headpiece, presented in fit well fitting body with sprung rub and correct depth, good skin, pleasing in outline, not quite as ‘on it’ although decent foot fall. 3. Woods’ Phunsize Divo Cato with Kiltonthorpe. 1. Thompson’s Oakfayre’s Empress Eternal. 6 months and very smart youngster who worked well with handler, well fitting eye with cheeky expression, ears looking a touch big until she grows into them but used well, quality round bone and tight neat feet, really good body and muscle for her age, active with style, a useful sort, BSpB. 1. Thompson’s Oakfayre’s Empress Eternal. 1. Paterson’s Omega Know About Golitha. Feminine and balanced picture, depicting the breed, head has filling to strong clean jaw and lip, she is well put together and goes with good foot fall and intention. 2. Jowers’ Topasbully Velislava at Clansmann. Lovely overall at 13 months, I did prefer eye of winner but in most aspects very close up, good bone right down to feet, she has body ribbing and shape, settled to present a grand picture on the move. 3. Wilson/Harp’s Olympusbulys Athena. 1. Mercer/Jones’ Britannia Von Der Alten Veste (imp DEU). Lovely to go over, has balance, strength and femininity and is soundly constructed, it’s all there at 20 months, just needs to finish to complete the picture, very decent. 1. Woods’ Kiltonthorpe Midnight Sun. Just noticed that she is a sibling to the DCC winner, well a lot about her appealed to me, she has filled head, small obliquely set eye, width to underjaw, muscular dry neckline flowing through well laid back shoulder blade, neat elbow from return of upper arm, quality bone, strong body and muscular quarters, put this together to get sound movement, RBCC. 2. Farmer/Stephens’ Duvessa Rose Of Tudor Seayess. Very sound fit bitch, in super muscular condition, therefore presented a lovely picture of a Min Bull, I just preferred the front and feet of the winner but matched well in profile, she powers off well from developed quarters. 3. Harrison’s Jenkir Hera. 1. English’s Badlesmere Bibi. Her size and balanced outline drew me to this mature white bitch, she has quality with a filled head, fine well used ears and small dark eye with a mischievous expression, yet works with handler, a great combination, very soundly constructed she excelled on the move with impulsion and shape, her attributes make her hard to overlook, she has a minor fault which I took into consideration but felt this did not detract from her overall quality or health, I understand this is her third ticket, BCC & BOB, congratulations on her title, well deserved. 2. Llewellyn’s Bullypins Kadenza. A strong bitch with type and presented in hard fit condition, a touch fuller in eye than winner but has lots to offer, strong quarters which she uses to advantage.
