MINIATURE BULL JUDGE LKA 22

Would like to thank the committee of the LKA for inviting me to judge Miniature Bull Terriers, it was a pleasure to judge our beloved breed. The Mini people are a great dedicated group and it’s always great to attend their shows and judge their breed which has come on leaps and bounds over the last few years. All exhibitors were in good healthy condition and mouths were good, lots of lovey clean white teeth in correct scissor bites. A note to the LKA committee, Bull Terriers were in the ring first, and the miniatures in a different ring going in third, it would have been advantageous to have shared the same ring and benching as some fanciers show both and attendances may have increased.

1. Godsall/Hughes’ Graymor Glacial Harvest for Neverland. An outstanding white puppy, chunky well made young man, super filled straight front, tight feet, short back, well angulated quarters which drove him on well, he looked a couple of generations ahead of his time, 2023 will be his big year, pleased to have awarded first place, and best puppy, DCC and BOB over some very good dogs.

2. Harrison’s Jenkir Poseidon. Smart young dog, good head, ears and eye, correct bite, good front, short back, good quarters, moved well, not as mature as the first dog.

1. Tominey/Stephens/Farme’s Seayess Mistycal Loch. Nice red and white lad, good filled and turned head, correct ears, eye and scissor bite, straight front, good bone, short in back, well standard, good head, ears and eye, correct bite, good front, short backed, moved well.

2. Herrick’s Topasbully Svayatogor.

1. Battel’s Howfenbulls Dark Knight. Smart black brindle, another correct dog up to standard, good head, ears, eye, bite, good front, short back, strong quarters, moved well.

1. Barr/Novak’s Entertainer Got A Hangover at Giffenbull (imp AUT). Lovely brindle and white, lovely colour, very nice dog, good head, ears and eye, perfect bite, nice neck, short back, well angled quarters, moved well.

2. Battel’s Badlesmere Barbed Wire at Howfenbulls. Another correct smart dog, good winner.

1. Hearne/Singleton’s Ch. Dofro Stormbreaker Warbonnet (AI). Well known, well deserved Champion, black brindle dog, super head, ears small, dark eye, short backed, well moving boy RDCC, just inched out by the ‘young pretender’.

2. Heard’s Kiltonthorpe Jonny Fox with Louwab. Another very good black brindle and white boy, good head, ears set and dark eye, good front, short back and quarters, moved well, I would add all the dogs were tops with little between them.

3. Harper’s Chattanooba Choo Choo Aedestaurum.

1. Thompson’s Oakfayre’s Empress Eternal. Eye catching smart puppy bitch, nice filled turned head, good ear set, small dark eye, good front, short back, decent quarters, over well both ways.

2. Bownes’ Jenkir Hebe. Another nice puppy, little between the two smart puppies, good head, correct bite, moved well.

3. Wilson/Harr’s Jenkir Artemis.

1. Harper’s Olympusbulys Maia. Lovely white girl with head markings, well filled head, good ears, eye, bite, straight front, short back.

2. Bogris’ Milkybullies Casa Me. Smart little tri girl, nice head, ear set, small eye, good bite, nice coat, short back, moved well, just a little ring shy today.

1. Paterson’s Omega Know Doubt Golitha. Another quality brindle and white bitch in top condition on the standard, good head, eye, ear set, correct bite, good front, short, moved well.

2. Malchanava/Vysotski’s Topasbully Rostislava. Lovely smart girl, good head, ear set, correct bite, moved well.

3. Toth’s Aminirumpus Diva by Design.

1. Marshallsay’s Risibully Girls On Film with Fergustaff JW. Eye catching showy tri, never stopped showing, good filled and turned head, good ear set, perfect bite, good bone, short in back, moved well, both ways, deserved her BCC.

2. Barr/Novak’s Cherry Bomb Got A Hangover at Giffenbull (imp AUT). Very smart likeable brindle and white, lovely make and shape, lovely head, good eye, ear set, great bite, short backed, moved well, a tough decision.

3. Lewis’ Aminirumpus Back In A Minute.

1. Harrison/Michael’s Jenkir Hera. Lovely tri girl, lots of quality, good head, ear set, dark small eye, straight front, short back, moved well both ways, one of many bitches today with little between them, well deserved her RBCC.

2. Barr’s Martial’s Breed I Love You NAF. Stunning brindle, good headed girl, good ear set, small dark eye, correct bite, short backed, moved well.
