Miniature Bull Terriers

May I thank all the owners for entering their dogs, all of whom were a credit to them in condition & behaviour. I was most impressed by the quality of the dog’s bite, only two had slight mouth faults of all those shown.

1 Preddy’s Badlesmere Boipelo, elegant, dark dog, having a lovely head set, small dark eye, small well placed ears, his colouring makes him look a little wide in the head but he is not has a very good egg shaped head, when handled, nicely boned, very deep brisket, wide chest & nice tuck to loin, moved well & showed real drive from the hind legs. BP;

2 Le Meaux’s Warbonnet Tiny Tim at Nominos, stood very well, tri dog with well filled head, good bone, good ear & eye placement, fair shoulder & width of chest, nice quarters, moved well.

1 Neame’s Badlesmere Bering Express, tri dog, good head, small ear & good eye placement, very deep brisket & good bottom line to loin, excellent feet & good bone. When still, stands a little straight in stifle but on the move he goes very well with excellent drive. A lovely friendly fellow of lovely size. RCC.

1 Harrison’s Jenkir Thor, b/br/w who tends relax while in the ring. Lovely bone throughout, good head, lovely eye, good depth of underjaw making a very strong head profile, good strong neck, good depth of brisket, good strong hindquarters, moved well with a very jaunty gait. A most pleasant dog.

1 Goodwin’s Ready To Rumble with Spitewinter, very mature dog with a substantial appearance, lovely sweep of head, very good eye, well filled head topped with small neat ears, lovely topline, wide & deep chest leading towards very good & heavy muscled hindquarters, moved very well with good drive;

2 Hearne, Singleton & Patterson’s Warbonnet Galetia, rangy individual of very good quality, lovely colour, well filled head, good eye placement & small well set ears, good reach of neck, good shoulders & depth of body, strong hindquarters, moved well;

3 Monaghan, Dobbin & Van Eck’s Debully Enter Sandman, another very elegant dog, lovely sweep of well filled head, small eye & good ears, of very good proportions, level topline, good quarters, moved well.

1 Vickers’ Ch Duvessa Red Cloud, deep r/w dog, massively filled head giving excellent eye placement for his small dark eye, lovely deep underjaw giving his head a really wonderful conformation, lovely neck leading down to a wide chest & deep brisket, very good topline, the very best of strong well muscled hindquarters. Front feet could be a little more cat like. Moved with a confident & very jaunty gait. CC;

2 Preland & Vincent’s Ch/Ir Ch Badlesmere Brabzon in Kofyn, white, elegant dog with a good head, well filled, deep set eye, lovely neck, short coupled, wide chest, good bend of stifle, really classically set dog who moved well & was shown superbly, a really excellent fellow;

3 Vickers’ Edgar Wilde Drom Duvessa, white dog with an elegant well filled head, good eye & ear, deep in the brisket & nicely tucked to loin, nice bend of stifle, showed extremely well, also a very good mover & had a really lovely wicked expression & most happy dog.

1 Raabe Finis’s Int/D/A/Dutch/Dan/Lux Ch Rebel Spirit Arcane Wizard, br/w dog with the most wonderful straight front, really gun barrelled, really good eye, reachy neck, strong bodylines, stands really well, excellent bend of stifle, moved well. Only lacks a little fill under the eye. Shown very well.

1 Ford’s Bullyon Made To Order, mature white bitch of substantial but not coarse bodylines, brindle face mark which emphasised the clean lines of her head, moved well & for her age of 7 looked really youthful;

2 Clark’s Ch Grandopera Te Kanewa, a lovely elegant white bitch of classical terrier type lines, lovely topline, gives a really pretty picture, good eye & ear, moved very well. She just lacks a little fill under the eye.

1 Chapman’s Badlesmere Belakane at Delektabul, br/w girl, very mature for her age, deep brisket, very good body, nice round bone in her straight front, good reach of neck, feminine bitch with nice eye placement in her attractive head showing a lovely white blaze, good bend of stifle & second thigh, moved quite well, very pretty.

1 Llewellyn’s Merkava Kleopatra by Bullypins, lovely white classically conformed bitch, lovely long head with roman finish, beautiful eye & ear, good neck leading into a lovely chest & front legs with ideal cat feet, good topline & nice quarters, moves well keeping her lines all the time, showed very well for her handler.

1 Smith’s Badlesmere Be Lucky, another very elegant bitch, lovely head, eye & ear, deep brisket, good front & feet, good topline & bend of stifle, moved well;

2 Chitty’s Seaquest Dark Crystal, b/br/w bitch with terrific round bone, good head & cobby body, nice eye & ear, moved quite well. Not really comfortable with the atmosphere & echo.

1 Chapman’s Grandopera Global Warming at Delektabul, r/w bitch, incredibly elegant in her bodylines, lovely egg shaped head with roman finish, good eye & ear, good front, nice neat feet, good topline & bend of stifle with strong quarters, moved well;

2 Presland & Vincent’s White Eyed And Legless in Kofyn, white bitch who stands very well, lovely head with correct eye placement, good neck, straight front with good round bone, short coupled, pleasant hindquarters, moved very well;

3 Wiles’ Adderswood Vyvyan for Arcazy, slightly rangy, very pretty, very dark brindle bitch, nice depth of head with very well set triangular eye, lovely white blaze, lovely neck, lovely bodylines which match her shape, moved well.

OB (10,2)

1 Cartwright’s Black Mountains Bow, beautifully balanced dark brindle bitch, matched size for substance, lovely filled solid brindle head, tiny wicked eye, tiny ears, she is a real mini in size & loses nothing from being small, good neck, straight front, neat feet, deep brisket for her size, nice tuck to loin, good quarters, holds herself very well & moved very well, she truly filled my eye as being what we would really like as a Mini, a lovely happy girl. I was delighted make her my CC & BOB, understand she is now a ch;

2 De Beer’s Dutch/Bel/Lux/Int/ Ch Groovygirl of Velvet Spine, another br/w bitch, very good head, nice eye, strong depth of head with good underjaw, good length of neck, lovely front, good topline, excellent bend of stifle, moved & showed well;

3 McGregor’s Bullypins Millima of Merlindan, br/w bitch with lovely feminine head, lovely reachy neck, good straight front, good topline & pleasant depth of brisket combined with a nice tuck to loin, neat legs & feet, moved well, very pretty girl.
