ENGLISH BULL WELSH KC 11 Judge: Mrs Patricia Dandridge ENGLISH BULL WELSH KC 11 Bull Terriers I was pleased to be asked to officiate as replacement judge for Paul Wilkinson & I wish him well for a speedy recovery. PD (2) 1 Marples' Look No Further, b/w, strong head for one so young, well filled & turned, nice eye, ear & expression, plenty of bone, topline OK, moved well in front but a little sloppy behind. Needs to tighten up, may come with time. Well handled; 2 Atkins' Hentarw Executive Decision, tri, nice head with ample fill & turn, nice reach of neck, well laid shoulders, straight front, movement OK; 3 Pullen's Louka Gone Racin. JD (2) 1 Rosser's King Arthur The Legend, head good down face, nice ears & expression. Incisors out of line. Straight front, ample bone. Movement a little close behind. Handled well. PGD (4) 1 Griffiths' Jessajack Blazin Inferno, white heavyweight, loved this dog from the moment he entered the ring, strong well filled head, nice profile with roman finish, nice eye & ear placement & correct bite, strong reach of neck, good shoulder placement, straight front, well sprung ribs & depth of brisket, short back, good hind angulation & bend of stifle, moved well with plenty of drive, very well handled. CC & BOB; 2 Kocaba's Badlesmere Berties Brother, b/w, well filled short head, eyes & ears placed well, short back, well sprung ribs, little light on bone. Movement OK; 3 Bennett's Aldamar Power Stora. LD (5) 1 Wannop's Charlisalee Drumbeat, white, well matured boy, well filled head with good eye & ear placement, good turn into true roman finish, straight front, nice round bone, well sprung ribs, short back, nice topline, good bend of stifle, moved well both ways, very well presented & handled. Just pipped at the post in the challenge. RCC; 2 Griffiths' Hentraw Welsh Warrior from Penpych, b/w heavyweight dog, strong head with plenty of fill, nice eye & ear placement, good reach of neck, short back, straight front, good bend of stifle, movement OK, handled well; 3 Gausden & Lade's Bilboen Love N Kisses. OD (2) 1 Hall's Cwadulais Cyberaan, br/w, well packed head with roman finish, correct mouth, nice reach of neck, short back, well bend of stifle, moved well both ways, handled well; 2 Toner's Angus, w/b ear marking, well headed dog with nice eye, correct mouth. A little stuffy in neck & upright in shoulder. Plenty of bone & substance, well sprung ribs & depth of brisket. Would have preferred shorter back. Movement very close behind & wide in front. PB (4) 1 Williams' Cwadulais Bashful for Gwynsel, very pretty little lady, nice headed girl with ample fill & turn. Slight misplaced canine. Ample bone, straight front, tight feet, good angulation & bend of stifle, good topline & short back, movement OK. BP; 2 Wright & Skelton's Joint Venture with Rightstuff, white, took time to settle, little skittish. Well headed bitch, good eye & ear placement, correct mouth, straight front but slightly short on upper arm. Topline good when standing but lost it slightly on the move. Movement OK. Needs to mature, look forward to seeing her out again; 3 Malden's Louka Madam Mischief. JB (4) 1 Fletcher's Napier Rosella, r/w, very nice well headed girl, plenty of fill & down face with good roman finish, good bone & substance, straight front, well developed ribcage, short back, well developed second thigh & bend of stifle, moved with drive & covered the floor well, handled & presented very well. Just lost out in the challenge. RCC; 2 Wright's Rightstuff Re Spec Ta Bull, br/w, nice head with good eye & ear placement, ample bone, good angulation, moved well. Needs to mature up. Handled well; 3 Bloom & O'Neill's Kholander Tropicana at Abenaki. PGB (2) 1 Howes, Sheppard & Taylor's Ragnarok with Polanca, br/w, good head, well shaped & with plenty of length. Eyes a little kind & ears a little low set. Little light on bone & carrying a bit too much weight. Moved OK both ways, handled well. LB (8) 1 Price & Keznel's Hot Diamond, white with ear markings, classy lady, very feminine head, well filled but not overdone, nice eye & ear placement, plenty of bone & substance, good forehand & bend of stifle, short back, moved well both ways, presented & handled well; 2 Buckby's Evaduse Epicentre of Skjaldmarr, white, classy bitch, slightly shorter in neck to 1, little lighter in bone, needless to say could have very easily gone the other way. Moved well both ways, handled well; 3 Sheehy's Wellinghall Ebony Nugget for Afanbull. OB (4) 1 Lamonby's Emred Night Fever, just my cup of tea, what a lady, white with eye marking, very good well filled head, perfect roman finish, nice eye & ear placement, correct bite, nice reach of neck & well laid shoulders, straight front with ample bone, good spring of ribs & depth of brisket, short back, well angulated hindquarters. Just in the later stages of changing her coat & showing a few body ticks. Covered the floor well both ways on the move, very well handled. CC; 2 Dobbin & Van Eck's Ch/Ir Ch Sugar Spun Sister for Debully, white ear marking, strong well filled head, nice down face & expression, good eye & ear placement. A little stuffy in neck. Topline OK when still but loses it on the move. Good spring of rib & hind angulation, moved well in front but close behind. Well handled; 3 Woodward's Gorbain Salaciou Suzie. |
