ENGLISH BULL JUDGE DARLINGTON 15

I would like to thank the committee of Darlington for the invitation to judge my first appointment awarding tickets in the standards. I thoroughly enjoyed my day as I genuinely had some real quality Bullies to go over, it was an absolute pleasure.

Junior Dog (3-1)

1st Jastrzebska’s Zappy Zak Timar, super 17 months B/W with a power packed head well filled with an unbroken curve. Has a few uneven teeth. He is a substantial lad but not fat, with a good front, top line OK, well developed quarters and moved away and back soundly. Very well-schooled, perhaps a tad overly so as he appeared rather bored with the whole thing. Res CC.

2nd Emmet’s Brookbully Avenger, 16 months white with red ear, strong & filled head with a keen expression, bite OK, short backed, substantial all through with neat feet and really moved with that jaunty air.

Post Graduate Dog (3-1)

1st Shepphard & Howes Polanca Powerslave, and powerful he is. 2 yrs old heavyweight B/W with the true look of a gladiator. He has a classic head with ears is bang on top which he used, a perfect bite and teeth. He has a gun barrel front with plenty of depth, a good length of upper arm and return of shoulder, a strong loin and enough angulation in the quarters. This is all topped off with a gleaming harsh jacket. He moved very well coming, going and in profile, plus he handled to perfection which showed off all his glowing virtues. More than happy to award him his first CC.

2nd Gomez & Aguila’s Warbonnet Lush Love, 17 months beautiful white with tri head patch. Strong head, small triangular eye, one in standing canine. Lovely chest, strong, muscular hindquarters, although movement was difficult to assess due to the grass being so wet and slippery.
3rd Pickering’s Urbanbully Lockdown.

Limit Dog (4)

1st Leggatt’s Rabram Royal Star, a neat, nicely marked Blk/Br/White with a good head eye and ear, one in standing canine. Strong neck, good depth of chest, shapely quarters with good angulation, covering the ground well as he moved.

2nd Stanley’s Aricon Eyecon, classic make and shape, masculine head but a soft ear, correct bite, plenty of depth, a playful dog but moved out well.

3rd Dyson & Dyson’s Gorbain Hellraiser Tawnbarr.

Open Dog . (3)

1st Westwood’s Broken Arrows Peaky Blinder at Tulsadoom, brindle and white, mouth OK, good turn and length to his head with a small eye. Good forequarters, enough bone, strong loin moved OK.

2nd Blair’s Meilow Silhouette from Megaville, white with black eye, strong head with width, good mouth, body nicely proportioned, plenty of bone and neat feet. Moved out well.

3rd Mathison’s Ch Blazinbullys Dark Knight.

Puppy Bitch (1)

1st Morris & heath's Bluepoint Kittyhawk. 9 months white baby with black ear and eye. Super arc to head, correct mouth, good body shape - very athletic for one so young, moved OK when she stopped bouncing around. One to watch for the future I feel. BP.

Junior Bitch (4-1)

1st Newberrys Ukusa Metamorphosis. Simply stunning pure white bitch just oozing quality and so feminine. With an unbroken profile to her head she has plenty enough fill and such a strong underjaw, plus she has perfect dentition. She has a good length of neck, correct length of upper arm with well laid shoulders and plenty of forechest. She has a good bend of stifle and short strong hocks. Each piece simply flowed into the next, a beautiful shapely girl who moved out well enough to award her the CC & BOB, she looked an absolute picture in the group ring.

2nd Williams and Hawksfords, Javark Scarlet Moon over Bussell, R/W long head with plenty of fill, keen expression & correct mouth. Plenty of depth, good forechest & strong hindquarters which she used well.

3rd Wannops Charishalee Mirror Image.

Post Graduate Bitch (4)

1 Littlefairs Dickram Run With the Devil. White with tri ear, she has a correct bite, a nice arc to her head with a good depth of muzzle, well placed ears, straight front and strong quarters. Moved ok.

2nd Mills Miinroc Envy Me, nicely marked R/W , not quite the lines of one but a fit, muscular girl. Pleasing head and eye, good shoulder, forechest & topline, expert handler made the most of her and looking good on the move.

3rd Musgroves Megaville Star Gazing.

Limit Bitch (3)

1st Jastrzebskas Wonderful Wanda Temar, a very well-schooled and typy white, her head has depth & fill, perhaps a little bold in eye, correct mouth. Plenty of forechest, well placed shoulders & muscular quarters and compact feet.

2nd Morgans & Wilsons Romagna Drama Queen, B/W, I like this bitch, she is one I have judged before and the same remarks apply. Good coming but moving a little close going away today.

3rd Blooms Abenaki Romantic Destiny.

Open Bitch (6-3)

1st Young's Bullyview Sweet Memories, lovely shape & balance to this white girl with red ear, super length & curve to her head with a correct bite and good expression. She has a moderate neck, straight front, good angulation at both ends and she moved well with her muscular quarters. Although of a differing type to my CC winner, I was more than happy to award her the Res CC.

2nd Hicks Bullyon Love Unmeasured for Crisalia, another beautiful white who, for me, was carrying a tad too much weight which affected her outline. She scores in topline, ribs, and front and has a good head & eye plus correct mouth and neat ears. Presentation was tip top and she moved with plenty of drive.

3rd Ramshaws Dark Magic Touch.
