I was highly honoured to be asked to judge in the most prestigious & well known show in the world. I would like to thank the Crufts committee for the invitation & for a fantastic day; I would also like to thank the exhibitors for their support & quality exhibits that made it so special. Thank you also to the ring stewards for their hard work & efficiency.

VD (1)

1 Bennett & Pickering’s Aldamar Power Storm at Phunsize, 8 years b/br/w dog, terrier in type, good strength of head with nice length to it, dark eye with well set ears, long muscular neck, his front is straight with bone enough for his type, his topline is good but a tad long cast, tail is set well & his quarters shapely, moved better in front & a little closer behind, he & his young handler worked well together. The young handler could give the older ones a run for their money, credit to him.

1 Malden’s Louka Eye In The Sky, 10 months br/w boy, has great bone & substance with a wide & deep muzzle, well filled head, a gentle sweep of profile with a nice finish, good eye & earset, muscular neck into good lay of shoulder, straight front with lovely round bone, feet are good for a heavy young boy, still needs to tighten but this will come as he matures, covered the ground well, moved better in front, closer behind.

1 Smithson’s Pheonixscar Dark Secret, a 16 months upstanding terrier, b/br/w, good strength of head, correct bite, small eye & neat earset, straight front with enough bone for type, a tad longer than 2nd place in the back, moved well both ways;

2 Lightburn’s Funkaidellix Juno’s General, terrier type white boy, 16 months, strong head with good fill, good expression & neat well set ears, touch upright in the shoulder & a little over roached, although compact in length of back, bone to suit his type & size, has a shapely well muscled rear, moved well both ways.

1 Karta-Williams & Williams’ Briden Fun Lovin Criminal at Karmara, upstanding 2 years terrier type with enough bone for his type, strong head with good fill, well finished, good bite, dark eye & well set ears, straight front, correct topline, good spring of rib, covered the ground well with drive, a great showman;

2 Fletcher’s Indelibull Inkreadible, 3 years compact b/br dog, nearly solid in colour, good strength of head, good eye & earset, shapely quarters, correct topline, in super condition, moved well both ways, well handled;

3 Nisbet & Kelly’s Serenbull Soul Redemption, 2½ years tri dog, strong head with gentle sweep of profile, well set ears, plenty of bone, in super condition, moved & handled well.

LD (8,2)

1 Littlefair’s Dikram Midnight Dream, 2 years b/br/w, heavy set, strong well filled & finished, good expression, neat well set ears, straight front with heavy round bone, a tad short in upper arm but hid it well, well conditioned body, good topline when stood, well bent stifles, pushed hard in the challenge, moved with drive & power, a real showman;

2 Slater’s Emred Double Dealer, compact & balanced terrier type, 3 years white, a very typy boy, in super condition, good bone for type, neat ears, dark eye, straight front, tidy feet, shapely quarters, moved & handled well;

3 Sheehy’s Cigano Dark Night for Afanbull, 3 years b/br, compact boy, very typy, strong headed, neat well set ears, touch more leg would finish the picture, moved & handled well.

OD (7,1)

1 Leggatt’s Rabram Rock Star, ultra strong class, quality upstanding white terrier type, with maximum bone substance for his size, super well filled head with arcing profile, slight mouth fault, small dark eye, well set ears, good length of neck leading into well set shoulders & ramrod straight front, tight feet, short back, shapely quarters, moved well both ways. CC & BOS;

2 Emett’s Brookbully Avenger, 3 years compact heavyweight white dog carrying red, head is wide, deep & well packed, good eye, neat well set ears, muscular neck, good shoulder into straight front, good feet, well sprung ribs, correct topline, good quarters, handled well. RCC;

3 Blair’s Ch Mellow Silhouette from Megaville, 2½ years white boy, big upstanding dog, good wide & deep head, good eyes & ears, straight front with strong round bone, correct topline, handled well.

1 A Power Storm at P, winner of the veteran class too, shown & handled well, loved his day out.

VB (2)

1 Catlina’s Ice’s Satin Desire of Quentinhill, white bitch, quality girl, terrier type, very feminine with super profile, well filled head, small dark eye, & neat well set ears, elegant neck, shapely quarters, in super condition, handled & moved well;

2 Monaghan’s Int/Gib Ch Kellouacy Disco Diva at Jusbully, 9½ years heavyweight white bitch, feminine head with good length, correct bite, good forechest, straight front with strong round bone, well sprung ribs, in great condition, covered the ground well with drive & handled well.

PB (3,1)

1 Taylor’s Zankol Star Strike, 11 months white terrier type bitch, very elegant, very feminine head, correct mouth, small dark eye, neat well set ears, straight front with bone to suit her type, good topline, a well balanced girl, moved with drive & purpose;

2 Emett’s Brookbully Quicksilver, 10 months white bitch, super headed, small dark eye, neat ears, arcing profile, mouth just off, compact terrier type girl with good bone, tad short in upper arm which showed when she moved, carrying a little too much weight today, shapely well muscled quarters.

1 Fletcher’s Komerito Jlo, 15 months r/w bitch, quality girl with a strong but feminine head, good fill & finish, with a gentle arcing profile, good mouth, dark eye, well set ears, elegant neck into good lay of shoulder, straight front, good forechest, tad long cast but correct topline, shapely quarters, moved & handled well;

2 Nisbet & Kelly’s Unfailing Lost In Paradise for Serenbull, 14 months upstanding terrier type white bitch, elegant & flowing bodylines, feminine & long head with a gentle sweep of profile, good eye & earset, straight front with bone enough for her type & size, in super condition, well bent stifles, still maturing, covered the ground well both ways, handled well.

1 Wojcik’s Teenage Love Opalplast, quality white bitch with strong feminine head, correct mouth, small dark eye, neat well set ears, terrier type bitch that is very well balanced, straight front, with tight feet, enough bone for her type, in super condition, moved & handled well, pushed hard for RCC;

2 Otte’s Gloria From The Railway Devils, 2 years b/br, strong head still feminine, dark eye, good earset, nice length of neck into good shoulders, straight front, good bone, well sprung rib, shapely quarters, in super condition, moved & handled well;

3 Moore’s Tilleah Gypsy Biker, 18 months upstanding white bitch, feminine head with gentle profile, straight front, good topline, deep brisket, good bend of stifle.

LB (6,2)

1 Teenage Love Opalplast, tough class, won Post Grad class, could have come unstuck going into second class with the quality, but scraped through;

2 Roff’s Bobuddy Quatre Bras, 2 years cobby type heavy set bitch so rare these days, quality through & through, strong well filled & finished head, muscular neck, good eye & ears when she uses them, straight front with lovely round bone, shapely quarters, tad long cast, ins upper condition, well handled;

3 Horvarth & Erla’s Anathema Extragang, b/br terrier type bitch, super profile, good eye & earset, straight front, tight feet, tail high set, in super condition.

OB (7,2)

1 Morris & Heath’s Ch Bluepoint Kittihawk, 2½ years white compact terrier type, nice & square, super profile, head feminine & well filled, super expression, neat well set ears, correct mouth, straight front with enough bone for type, good spring of rib, shapely well muscled quarters, moved well both ways which sent her BOB, she never put a foot wrong, top quality;

2 Joyce’s Dikram Devil May Dare, 2 years b/br/w bitch, super head filled & finished, good mouth, neat ears well set on, well balanced girl that stood foursquare, straight front with good bone, correct topline, well muscled quarters, moved well with drive & purpose;

3 McCann’s Heaven White Light Flyweight at Diton, quality well balanced white bitch, lovely head, elegant bodylines, in super condition, moved & handled well.
