ENGLISH BULL CITY OF BIRMINGHAM 14 Judge: Mrs J Furneaux BEST OF BREED : 4767 CATILINA, Mr D & SZEWCZYK Mrs J Quentinhill's Rebelicious ENGLISH BULL JUDGE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM 14 Bull Terriers I thought the quality today was very high, especially in the bitch classes & I was pleasantly surprised that on the whole mouths were good, also the presentation was generally very good. Thanks for all your entries. VD & PD (0). JD (3) 1 Wannop & Wannop’s Off The Charts at Charishalee, very typy white, good head, deep chest, mouth OK, excellent make & shape, put down well & handled well; 2 Westwood’s Broken Arrows Peaky Blinder at Tulsadoom, powerful dog, lovely head, mouth good, excellent rounded bone, strong quarters which showed in his lovely movement. Just a shade long in back but still a nice dog; 3 Leggatt’s Rabram Royal Star. GD (1) 1 Sheppard & Howes’ Polanca Powerslave, strong, well made brindle, good head, strong neck, straight front, kept his topline on the move. Handler does well with him, he is a powerful boy. PGD (1) 1 Hilling’s Chardaice Fist Of Fury, another well made brindle, strong head, good expression, nicely rounded bone, showed well. LD (5,1a) 1 Lamonby’s Emred Devils Advocate, powerful r/w, in gleaming condition & such a happy dog. Lovely head, filled & nicely turned, mouth good. Deep chest, excellent front & powerful mover. Won the RCC with ease. Should make up soon; 2 Parkes & Burridge’s Chardaice Dillinger, nice r/w, rather reluctant at times to show but when he did looked good. Strong head, good earset, excellent bone; Gardner & Twyman’s Laronbelles Magic Visions. OD (5,1) 1 Blair’s Taylajay Dream A Lie at Megaville, this dog is teeming with quality & so very well balanced. While not a big dog, neither was Jackandy, but what an influence he had on the breed & I feel used wisely so could this boy. Excellent head & expression, good mouth, keen expression, well developed chest, good straight front & topline, powerful quarters, shown quietly & with confidence by his experienced handler who got the very best out of this boy today. Should really get his title soon. CC; 2 Newberry’s Ukusa Quagmire, good headed boy, mouth OK, lovely rounded bone, good body lines, at one with his handler, moved well; 3 Mathison’s Blazinbullys Dark Knight. GCD (0). VB (0). PB (4,2) 1 Peak & Sahin’s Melaimee Lollypop Shadow, 1 & 2 both very immature girls. Long clean head, chest needs to develop but handler tried hard to show her to her advantage. BP; 2 Inwood & Price’s Ukusa Jubilation at Bedivere, another very immature baby, head coming on nicely but she too needs lots of time to develop. JB (2) 1 McCann’s Ukusa Vegas Adition, extremely pretty feminine girl, in beautiful condition, with first class sparkling correct bite. Lovely classical head & lovely expression, very balanced girl, should have a good future; 2 Cheek’s Quentinhill Rising Sun, mature girl for her age, not as showy as 1 but absolutely adores her owner which was easy to see today. Bit of a handful to show but her owner did well & showed her to her advantage; 3 Karta-Williams & Williams’ Karmara’s Rumour Has It. OB (10,1) 1 Catilina & Szewczyk’s Quentinhill’s Rebelicious, for me the icing on the cake. Beautiful bitch, so full of type & quality & so very well made. Beautiful head & expression, good mouth, excellent topline, handled & shown to perfection. An honour to award her CC & BOB; 2 Westwood’s Tulsadoom’s Square Peg, completely different type to 1 but a very good bitch.
