ENGLISH BULL JUDGE BOURNEMOUTH 10

Bull Terriers

There were 45 dogs making 49 entries. Strong & athletic, very bouncy & lively, some could have done with a bit more ring training. In the past there would be clouds of chalk around, now many were covered in some other white matter that wouldn’t be wiped off easily & even after washing my hands in water they still felt greasy.

PD (0).

JD (2)

1 Blair’s Megaville It’s A Crime, masculine head, well filled, good mouth, strong bone, carrying plenty of weight, big well muscled quarters, moved OK. Shade long cast;

2 Crowther’s La Chenaie A Patchy Warrior, 12 months, did not want to be handled, lacked confidence here but gradually go used to the ring routine & settled down to move reasonably well. Clean & well presented, short back, well muscled quarters, pleasing head & eyes, clean & well presented.

ND (3)

2 L C A Patchy Warrior;

3 Taylor’s Chartay Billy Bunter.

PGD (6)

1 Kocaba’s Badlesmere Berties Brother, tri, excellent bone & substance, extremely lively & athletic, could turn on a sixpence, masculine head, strong & deep with good fill, rock hard body. Bit of a fidget but moved well once he got into gear;

2 Morgan’s Marshelsea Trouble Coming at Romegna, standing looked the part, good bone, legs & feet, quality head, carrying plenty of weight. Tail carriage gay on the move;

3 Gausden & Lade’s Bilboen Love N Kisses.

LD (7,2)

2 Ley’s Fortifer’s Fiammetta, r/w, failed a little in ear carriage. Well filled head, tremendous body, fit & hard, good muscletone. Bit too heavy on the move;

3 Smalley’s True Bravado of Briden.

OD (5,2)

1 CC & BOB, Brooks’ Toatally Osbourne at Kellouacy, tri, real gladiator, good ring presence, no mistaking him for anything other than a stallion male, long strong head, completely filled, intelligent eyes, strong body, held his topline on the move, true both ways, superbly fit, tight fitting skin, well handled. His second CC, well deserved;

2 RCC, Fernandez & Morland’s Sonny Snow de Garnata Alvajuo, white with eye patch, sound, well proportioned dog, excellent shape, egg shaped head with good profile, firm topline & body, moved quite well;

3 Dobbin & Van Eck’s Ossysdream Tristar of Debully.

PB (2)

1 BP & PG1, Richardson’s Dajan Gold Medal for Quayardson, 11 months white with eye patch & ear markings. Needs to grow into her ears. Well developed nostrils, attractive head, shapely body, well rounded energetic mover, steady showgirl;

2 Shippam’s Kescostaff Wispa, br/w, very well conditioned pup but needs to drop in body. Good coat, strong body, excellent coat, very feminine in both head & outlook.

1 McGregor’s Merlindan Belisama, r/w, scored in head & typical expression, good outline & depth of body, well muscled, in hard condition, moved OK;

2 Samways’ Hardysview Rose Petal, white, short back, excellent body. Just did not make the most of herself, movement needs to be more fluent & collected.

3 Monaghan’s Kellouacy Disco Diva at Justbully.

OB (6)

1 CC, Roff’s Bobuddy Enigma, looked the winner from the start, shapely bitch in good form, liked her head & excellent strength & depth, well filled, best of bodies, good bone & feet, plenty of thrust from her quarters & covered plenty of ground, typical jaunty, all showed with style & animation, holding her topline well;
