ENGLISH BULL BOURNEMOUTH 09 Judge: Mr G A Hughes ENGLISH BULL JUDGE BOURNEMOUTH 09 Bull Terriers PD (2) 1 Sheehy’s Afanbull Kid Rock, white dog with black ears, strong head with fill, small dark eye, correct ear placement, perfect mouth, well balanced with level topline, plenty of round bone. A little loose at front, which causes him to toe in on the move. Rear movement good, has prospects. BP; 2 Coller’s Charlie Of Bashley Copse, white, very immature. Good head with downface, small dark eyes, mouth perfect, straight front, well tucked in elbows, level topline, moved well. JD (2) 1 Brooks’ Toatally Osbourne at Kellouacy, tri, heavyweight with plenty of bone & substance, well filled head with profile, mouth perfect, ears bang on top, level topline, tail carried correctly, straight front & gun barrel chest, well sprung ribs, good bend of stifle with second thigh, moved well with drive. Will improve with maturity; 2 Charlie of Bashley Copse. ND (0). PGD (2) 1 Gausden & Lade’s Bilboen Love N Kisses, red, well made with pleasing head, mouth perfect, good ear carriage & expression, short coupled with well sprung ribs, straight front, deep chest. Unfortunately stuffy in neck & a little straight behind. Moved well; 2 Samway’s Bullbrit Big Buffalo at Hardysview, white, heavyweight with strong head, would like to see more profile. Good eye & ear, good spring of ribs, moved well in front, close behind. LD (4,2a) 1 Probert’s Lamellar Love Me Do at Llanwenarth, white, strong powerful head with crashing profile, small dark eye, well placed ears. One tooth out. Long muscular arching neck, front straight & with plenty of bone, gun barrel chest, ribs well sprung. Would like to see a better bend of stifle. Movement OK in front, chopped a little behind. A very handsome masculine dog. RCC; 2 Moody’s Kersharela Thundercloud at Odyom, well constructed dog. Lost out to 1 on head qualities. Correct mouth, small eye & carried ears correctly, straight front, level topline. Moved well in front, a bit close behind. OD (4,1) 1 Jastrzebska’s Lord Of The Timar, white, tall, very masculine, upstanding dog, teaming with quality, power packed head, filled right up & sweeping profile, dark well placed eye, ears bang on top, long muscular neck, good lay of shoulders, straight front with gun barrel chest, squarely balanced with well sprung ribs, masses of strong bone & substance, moved well, well handled & presented. CC & BOB; 2 Ley’s Fortifer’s Fiammetta, red, head filled & turned with good expression, balanced throughout, short back, well sprung ribs, good front with strong round bone, strong quarters with second thigh, moved well; 3 Rawlings’ Mapalee Espagnolette. PB (0). JB (3) 1 Ley’s Fortifer Fractious Female, white, quality feminine bitch with well turned & filled head, dark well placed eyes & ears bang on top, well made with short cobby body, well sprung ribs, straight front with catfeet, good topline, well let down hocks, moved well; 2 Roff’s Bobuddy Enigma, white, well filled head with plenty of turn, mouth fault. Good expression, long neck into good lay of shoulder, well sprung ribs, balanced throughout, movement OK; 3 Twyman & Gardner’s Megaville Magic Star. NB (4,1) 1 Karta’s Karmara Cause A Catastrophe, white, tall upstanding quality bitch, strong filled head with turn, small dark, well placed eye, ears bang on top, long muscular neck, good front with deep chest & well sprung ribs, strong quarters, moved well; 2 Twyman & Gardner’s Megaville Magic Star, b/br, heavyweight with pleasing head, strong underjaw, good expression, well sprung ribs, straight front, good bone, strong quarters, moved with drive; 3 Turner’s Allsturns Athena. PGB (5,1) 1 Hind & Membury’s Mitzstaff Ice Maiden, white, pretty feminine bitch, well filled head with arcing profile, excellent expression, well placed ears, well proportioned body with strong quarters. Moved well in front, a little close behind; 2 Harper & Dodd’s Marshelsea Chimaera at Olympusbulys, heavyweight bitch with power & substance, strong head but would like more fill. Well made throughout, straight front, plenty of strong bone, strong quarters. Very hard to assess as did nothing to help her handler; 3 Davis’ Louka Oklahoma Gal. LB (7,2) 1 Whincup’s Lamellar Domino Effect, classical white feminine bitch. Mismark on neck. Strong well filled head with sweeping profile, good expression, well set ears, tall, upstanding with just the right amount of bone, straight front, long elegant neck, good lay of shoulders, level topline, well sprung ribs, good bend of stifle, moved well, pressed hard for the top honour. RCC; 2 Blair’s Terjo’s Here I Am at Megaville, white, heavyweight bitch who looked matronly, classical head with right amount of fill, perfect mouth, however has a soft expression, well put together with deep chest & good spring of rib, straight front, well angulated quarters, moved well; 3 Carter’s Buildon Kool Magic of Loquitur. OB (9,1) 1 Tidball’s Llanwenarth Love Potion, white, super bitch who teams with class & quality throughout, feminine head with masses of fill & super profile, mouth perfect with strong underjaw, expression & earset good, neck, shoulders, topline flow into one, elegant neck into good lay of shoulders, just the right balance of bone & substance, stands foursquare & moved well with drive, well handled & presented, a bitch like this makes judging a pleasure. CC; 2 Kilpatrick’s Warradcasey Kool Kisses at Josswell, white, a bitch of similar type to 1, strong well filled head with the smallest of eyes & ears bang on top, mouth perfect, long sweeping neck into good lay of shoulder, straight front, deep chest, well sprung ribs with the correct amount of bone to substance, moved well, very good bitch; 3 Cserfalvi-Young’s Ducassos Contrary Mary.
