ENGLISH BULL JUDGE BATH 22

I would like to thank the committee of Bath Canine Society for giving me the opportunity to judge my first set of CC’s; my steward for her hard work in the ring; and last but not least, and most importantly, the exhibitors for entering under me and accepting my decisions with good grace. I had a fabulous entry of top quality animals.

PD (2)

1 Pring’s Creosybully Dominator Of Denubullies. 11 mth cobby tricolour, well filled and turned head, triangular eye, ears on top, perfect mouth, deep forechest, short back with good spring of rib, strong hind quarters and good tail set nice feet. Moved well. Liked his overall compactness.

2 Wright’s Rightstuff Ace. 11 mths upstanding quality white with eye patch. Long head with gentle profile with nice finish. Small eye, correct mouth, long neck, slightly longer in back than first, straight front and tight cat feet. Tail carried a little high.

JD (1)

1 Beckinsale’s Cywbullys Thundering Tank. 16 mth quality red and white in hard condition. Strong masculine head filled to the brim, perfect mouth, small eye giving good expression, ears on top, strong underjaw. Long neck going into good lay of shoulder, good top line, powerful hindquarters. Gave his handler a hard time on the move, so movement hard to access.

YD (1)

1 Karta-Williams & Williams’ Karmara’s Little Big Man. Upstanding red and white. Strong head with width and depth, gentle profile with good finish. Small ears and eye, mouth off. Strong neck, good lay of shoulder, powerful fore chest and deep brisket, well sprung ribs, good body lines, would of like more powerful hindquarters. Moved and handled well.

PGD (4,1)

1 Robinson & Robinson’s Vetbullies Killing Music. White with black ear marks. Classical head that lacks a little fill but good finish, well placed ears, eye a tad kind, strong underjaw, correct mouth, straight front, good topline, strong hindquarters, moved a little close behind. Handles and presented well.

2 Mills’ Miinroc Dark Intentions. Well balanced terrier type tricolour, lovely turn to profile with nice finish, good ear placement, small eye, correct mouth and strong underjaw. Long neck, straight front and good topline with correct tail set, would of liked more power and angulation in the hindquarters. Preferred the substance of first.

LD (7,2)

1 Tewkesbury’s Tewkabull Peaky Blinder. Cobby white with a flash above one eye. Powerful strong head, filled right up, small dark triangular eyes making for a good expression, small ears bang on top, prefect mouth, strong neck, straight front, powerful forechest and deep brisket, short back and good topline, strong hindquarters and second thigh, which is not seen a lot these days. A lot to like about this lad. Moves as one with his handler. He does have a tendency to hold his head to one side which spoils the overall picture.

2 Villensia’s Villensia Sweeny Todd. Upstanding terrier type white with two black ears. Strong head with turn and fill, small eye, erect ears, correct mouth, masculine neck, powerful fore chest, good topline, good bend of stifle, enough bone for size, feet a little flat. Moved a little close behind. Handled well.

OD (8,1)

Super class of top quality males. I had to make some very hard decisions. I could of easily handed out several CC’s today.

1 Harris’ Afanbull Bruno Mars. Terrier type brindle and white. Very strong powerful head which has depth and width, well turned profile with plenty of fill and nice finish, small eye, good ear placement, giving a keen expression, slight mouth fault, good underjaw. Long masculine powerful neck, gun barrel forechest and deep brisket. Short back, good spring of ribs, strong hindquarters with good angulation, tidy feet. Shown in tip top condition. Moved and handled well. CC.

2 Leggatt’s Rabram Rustic Sunrise. Quality, compact well balanced brindle and white. Strong, masculine well filled head with depth and turn, eye a tad kind, ears held erect and tentative, prefect mouth, strong muscled neck, leading into good lay of shoulder, powerful deep fore chest, good spring of rib, short back, good bend of stifle. Move ok, RCC.

VB (2, 1)

1 Morgan’s Romagna Rumour Has It. 10 yrs. Quality white bull type in excellent condition, lovely turn with plenty of fill, arc angel ears, lovely clean teeth giving credit to her breeder/owner. Lovely front, good top with powerful hindquarters and good bend of stifle. Still moves with power and drive. Really enjoyed her day in the ring.

JB (5)

Lovely class of up and coming youngster, who could easily change places.

1 Westwood’s Tulsadoom Meshuggeneh. 17 mth white, feminine quality bitch with ear mark. Well filled head with lovely turn to profile, ears erect and on top, slight mouth fault, lovely reach of neck, lovely body line, short back, good tail set. Moved well.

2 Morris & Heath’s Bluepoint Goshawk. Another lovely feminine 14 mth white bitch, with a super profile and well filled head, small wicked eye, correct mouth, lacks underjaw, ear on top, long elegant neck into good shoulder, lovely body lines, moved and handled well. I would of liked more bone. I would like to mention third - O’Connell’s Bluepoint Goshawk. Another top quality bitch who could have changed places with first and second on another day.

YB (6, 1)

1 John & John’s Bluepoint White Swan For Garthybull. Compact white with brindle ear. Turned and filled head, small eye, good front, short back, good spring of rib and nice hindquarters. Moved well.

2 Ziolkowski’s Bullyhill Sweet Angel. Upstanding red and white bitch. Classical turn to head, lacks a little fill, perfect mouth, long neck, a tad long in back, plenty of bone, very good movement.

PGB (7,1)

1 Dodd & Dodd’s Miandale Queen Of Hearts. Terrier type white with one red ear. Well filled head with good turn, perfect mouth, small eye, neat ears, straight front, good topline, strong hindquarters with good bend of stifle, feet a little flat. Moved well.

2 Karta-Williams & Williams’ Karmara’s Tough Tyger. Upstanding brindle and white quality bitch. Super egg shaped head which is filled right up, correct mouth, erect ears, long neck, good front with deep chest, slightly long in back, tight feet. Handled well. Preferred the body lines of first.

LB (6)

1 Johnson’s Javarke Pirate Queen. Top quality white compact feminine bitch. Well filled and turned head, wicked eye, small erect ears, making for a vermin expression, correct mouth, short back, lovely body lines, strong hindquarters with good angulation, tight feet. Moved a little close behind. Well handled and presented. Pushed hard in the challenge.

2 Karta-Williams & Williams’ Karmara’s Little White Lie. Bull type white with two eye patches. Long well filled and turned head, small eye, ears bang on top, good underjaw, mouth fault, strong neck, deep chest, lovely spring of rib and good powerful hindquarters. Loses topline on the move. Handled well.

OB (8,1)

A lovely class to top quality bitches.

Phillips, Phillips & Busson’s Ch Copabull White Lightning Of Bullyon. I was very pleased to have the opportunity to be able to go over this bitch and it was also lovely to see her handled to perfection by her breeder owner rather than her more experienced well known owner. Top quality feminine white with a flash above the eye. Beautiful turned and filled head, with small eye and ears bang on top, making for a lovely expression. Perfect mouth, elegant long neck, going into good lay of shoulder, straight front, short back, lovely body lines, good hind angulation, enough bone for size. Moved a tad close behind. Looked a picture standing. CC, BOB.

2 John & Young’s BIlboen Keep A Secret At Bullyview. Quality red and white bull type bitch. Super well filled and powerful head with a lovely turn and finish but still feminine. Small deep eye, erect ears giving a lovely expression, correct mouth, strong underjaw, deep chest, good body lines, powerful hindquarters, bags of bone. Moved with drive, handled and presented to perfection. RCC.
